I've been trying to rationalize putting a set of Boggers on my Jeep for years because they look badass, but commonsense reminds me that I just don't see enough mud to justify them😂

I'm glad to see the owner is using it as it was intended and not babying it. Lots of guys put a ton of $$$ into a truck and then are afraid to break anything because it's so expensive to replace those pricey mods. This guy AIN'T ONE OF THEM.

440 magnum sounds cherry 🍒. Vs them others around yah. Couple times others were closer to the camera and drowned out the 440 and idk why but it irritated me lolz

One thing I’ve learned is although we always want more power that breaks a lotta parts!! looks like you have the power matched up pretty damn good right now. MOPAR2YA 😎
Cool ride man! Have a 92 and an 86, the 86 has a 75 440 motorhome engine I built for torque, the 92 is a 5.2 MPI and has a perfect body and interior. My 86 is my daily driver.

I had a 77 with the factory 440, 1 ton axles and I loved that thing... I'd give an arm to get it back!!! Mud raced it all over Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, etc and it was a beast!!! I ran the bias TSL's and thought they were a bit better than the uncut boggers....

Im a Ford guy but that thing is a beast. I saw the Jersey plate and read some of the comments. Im from Jersey too and all my spots to play are gone. Yall some lucky boys to have a place to play. What part of Jersey are you guys in and those mud bog event/track.......are they in Jersey as well and open to the public. Id love to come check that shit out. There aint shit like that in my neck of the woods in Monmouth County.

The mud races I posted are The Buck near Lancaster, Pa and the other one is in Crisfield, Md. As for the woods videos, it’s invite only private property and I’ll leave any other info up to the owner if he wants to divulge.

Dont know if it was mentioned what the gearing it doing a 77 dodge stepside about a 6 inch lift and 35s and got a 440 in it also
Ramcharger has 5.13s front and back. The 205 and 727 have high low ranges compared to most other combos. If you have a stick shift or lower ratio Tcase, I wouldn’t go any lower than 4.88….i wish I had more gear but I don’t want to throw away 2800rpm at 55mph so more powers probably my answer lol

5.13s. RMVB in an auto so I have to shift it. Really happy with it when it works, but the l/r band assembly is fragile

Love the Ramchargers! The M880 never came with a part time np205 Tcase. They came with the full time np203 Tcase. The 205 is the MUCH better case as they are Gear driven. The 203 is chain driven and is very prone to chain stretch which is problematic.
What'd you do for steering at that height?
Crossover. Stock box in 2wd position with a drop pitman. Kingpin block and steer arm on passenger side (front 60)

Drop a blown V-8 in it running methanol. Then your Ram will be unstoppable. Either you still got a nasty Ram Charger how it sits right now

Nice build,pretty similar to mine, it’s a85 Ramcharger, I put a 440 from a Chrysler 300, board shaved the heads, port and polished heads,cam 870 dual feed double pumper, skyjacker 6” springs and 3” body lift, running 42” swampers, 513 gears in 3/4 ton axels, 4 speed, stock transfer case, dual 2 1/2” pipes, big tube headers,home made winch bumper, 12,000 lbs winch, was wondering what size you’re running on yours
We all run pretty much the same Badlands 12k winch and they hold up well
@@WindsweptWheelers I run badlands 12,000 also, my first winch was 8,000 warm old drum wrap brake, that one broke 3/8” winch line, and would drag a 8,000 lbs truck no problem, but I feed. It welding cables, and 2 1,000 amp batteries

A few of us here at the channel are super into the 80s/90s aesthetic that we grew up on seeing in 4x4 magazines. Nostalgia is definitely a good word for it 👍🏻

It goes the straightest with 8 in the back and 13 in the front but it blew a back tire off the bead getting pulled sideways in the woods last time so I’ll be upping that next time
