Let's do a tumbling pass to win this "dance" contest... lol. Love this movie.
I know, it's stupid. I'm not even a dancer, but even I can plainly see that the other couple are way better dancers. Not to mention, the rich girl has a killer body compared to Janie's skinny frame. Still, it's a fantastic movie. I've loved it since I was a kid. I finally watched it with captions on and realized the song is saying, "Technique, technique..." lol. And then the couple with actual dance technique loses.
This could be the birth of teen movies. Thank you, Shannen Doherty, and may rest in peace

I always loved "slow, slow, quick, quick, slow"...and then the final dance off is done to the most boring song. I never understood that?
