The car that was parked and hit by the turning semi was indeed parked too close to the stop sign. I believe it is 20 feet from a stop sign/corner/crosswalk in the United States.

8:20 true, true - but for me it's mostly about speed cameras. Big highways have cameras on every lamppost, stick to 90 or pay pay pay. Narrow twisting country roads - no cameras, no limits, everyone acts like full mustang.

Seems to me like a lot of these are also caused by people driving way to fast for their tires in the conditions. Some of the snow ones looks like they should be fine, untill you see how easily the car slides, indicating they don't have proper tires. (Coming from someone who lives a place where you have 2 sets of wheel for a car, proper winter, and proper summer tires.)
Same here, i have two sets as well and yes, you are right these people have bad tires for sure.

When a highway is wet, icy, or snowpacked, that's the right time to stay home. Or, don't drive like the highway is dry and in excellent condition.
There should be cell phone jammers placed in cars where drivers have been using their phones when they caused an accident.
When a slide starts on a wet or icy highway, it's time to take the foot of the accelerator and leave the brakes along. Gently turn into the slide and gently turn back when the car straightens out. But if what happens as in some of these videos, then the results of those slides can be seen in those videos.
Rear end collisions should be cause to have the driver of that car to have a complete, and thorough, eye exam. Then they should be sent back to driving school, as should most of those other drivers.

Hi, Ma-a-an, love the commentary! I've amassed a massive collection of downloads of these videos (hundreds of them!) So many crashes - so many idiots (some of whom couldn't have survived their escapades, sadly). It's all a bit horrifying - watching the world going quite insane. As those famous stars all said in 1963 it's a mad, mad, mad, mad world. They had no idea what it would be like in 60 years' time!!!! Glad to hear a bit of infectious laughter to make me chuckle too instead of so much ranting at the Heavens (nobody there it seems). Hey God, we need you someplace! Ah, I see He's gone to sleep. Or Satan has given Him a blow to the head. There, I learnt something from the J.W.s after all. . . You know, like anyone of my age, I grew up with radio - hearing voices we formulated ideas in our heads of what people looked like. Well, Ma-a-an, where's there a pic of you? I dont know a lot of these are from America nad I really wonder do you guys over there just not have proper ABS (anti-lock braking system) in your cars? Or do you not swap to winter tires when needed? Like no way a car with one could have that many issues stopping on a slightly icy or wet road. I mean it is still worse than in perfect conditions but some of these are like 30 km/h scenarios and those cars just are not stopping at all.
I think that is because in some states they don`t have yearly vehicle inspection and because of that people don`t maintain they cars how they should.

In my area a lot of people drive what THEY think the speed limit should be and not what is posted! They drive very slowly, with no consideration of the other motorists, nor that there are no passing zones! Nothing aggravates me more. Great to see someone being kind. Love your video as usual ❤
