I agree that NVDA is seen as the "Stock of the year." I'm interested in identifying potential stocks that could emulate META's growth over the next decade. With $250k allocated for investment, my goal is to retire comfortably.

Make sense why inflation will be high, because Fed couldn't keep rate high, due to gov debts

The most significant take away here is that interest on government debt is becoming very very real. Government can’t lower the rate much anymore because of inflation and the golden handcuff loan trap phenomenon we are suffering from etc etc. No way out now. That is a good point. Chicken coming home to roost- Oh and the “ regime” we need to be out of is The Biden Regime, being a border less unconstitutional corrupt banana republic is generally bearish for one’s economic future.

With the issuance by the Fed of so much short term debt to fund the deficits, all that interest is being paid into the brokerage accounts of Americans owning money market funds. So rather than slow down economic activity the high interest rates actually stimulate spending by making Americans wealthier.

it was recently sold for less
If you have a commercial property that was giving you 7 cap rate now it’s worth 40% less automatically with rates doubled.
It’s simple math because nobody is that stupid to buy a property that is losing money every month.
Commercial properties will soon suffer the reality when many have to refinance in the next couple years if rates will stay high.
