Kain ka lang kung gutom. Ako rin maraming kinakain (but luckily my body manages to stay slim too 😁) Don't deprive your body of the calories it requires, just because of some comment from a few. You're eating healthy, staying active and it seems to be working out for you, so just keep doing what you're doing. You're doing well. Laban lang. 😁 And of course thanks for the vid. Your food looked delicious. I was curious as to why you served the pasta cold and then put a hot sauce on it ? In the UK we would serve both hot. Just subscribed to your channel and I look forward to seeing more vlogs
My son works 12 hours daily 4 or 5 days a week. Good paying job and comes home daily. My daughter was worried and got him a position further up north. His wife told her to butt out🤣🤣🤣. They are both happily married for over 14 years. They all get along but the older daughter worries too much about him…and they are both in their forties🤣

Put the bigger cases in the other side so your clothes are not squashed. Put small black case inside a bigger one to save space.
