Oh my God this is freaking delicious I just made it. I used the coconut oil I had because I just couldn’t wait and it came out amazing I added a little extra chia seeds in for fiber since the coconut butter has more fiber than the coconut oil. Autumn this is actually really working for me and I can hardly believe it. You are so amazing for sharing this information with us who have been in the dark literally for 50 years❤️❤️❤️
I tried it for the second time today! and it tastes much more satisfying if you freeze 6 oz of unsweetened coconut milk turn into ice cubes and put 2oz of unsweetened liquid coconut milk! Total of 8oz or you can do 10oz of milk! So good!

Hi! Just a couple of things from a nutrition/health standpoint. First, thanks for your wonderful support and tips for people on this journey. I glanced at the "sneak peek" for the intermittent and the first recipe "keto matcha latte" says to use really hot water, but it's generally recommended for matcha or any green tea to only heat to around 160 degrees (up to 175) Fahrenheit. I've learned that high protein vs normal protein really depends on your goals. For instance if someone is shooting for longevity or for health. If they want babies or not. Age range. etc.. There are different protein needs as people even the same age may have different goals. :) Thanks for some recipe ideas!
Hi, Autumn! Coffee question. I like to have two 20 ounce dark coffees a day, but want to keep it zero sugar. I formally was a Coffemate Sugar Free Italian Sweet Cream guy (using 4 to 6 tbs) until I learned there are no natural ingredients. I just tried Nutpods and to achieve the lightness and bold sweetness that I like, I would have to use 10 tbs at 100 calories and about 1/4 of the carton which is a no-go. I guess I am going back to heavy whipping cream for now. Do you have any creamer suggestions for a bold taste yet economical price? Thank you and have an amazing 2022!
@@AutumnBates Maybe it's just the brand of nibs I purchased. They have such a strong "alcohol" aroma and flavor. It's overwhelming. I got them to put in your chia seed pudding recipe - which I love - just don't love the nibs. LOL. Maybe I'll try a different brand next time.
I entered all of this into a carb counter...it has 24 carbs, and 810 calories?? Yes, it has fiber to counter balance some of those, but that's a lot of calories for one shake? I'm even using the AB protein powder (delish, btw!). Just a heads up if anyone is counting macros.
Yes, you can use a vegan yogurt as well for the texture~ most vegan yogurts don't have protein though, so you'll want to still make sure to add in a protein powder. Enjoy!

I realised I had developed an issue with carbs and sugar after years of having gastroparesis , so I have drastically cut carbs and sugar down thanks to your advice. Does the Vitamix pulverize the chia seeds enough for a gastroparesis sufferer, we have trouble with digestion and much more, I can have very fine fiber, plus I do have a Vitamix blender.

I am trying to lose weight, I am 65 and diabetic. I don’t have to take medicine for it, however, because I control it with exercise and diet. Anyway, is there anything I can do to add some sweetener to these smoothies? As I said, I’m used to smoothies being sweeter and it’s hard for me to drink your healthy smoothies.
Hi! If you need a bit of sweetness, some better sweet options would be using stevia or monk fruit. these won't have a significant impact on blood glucose levels.

Greek yogurt is only strained regular yogurt, it's not some mystical thing.
I do like mine a bit thicker. 🙁. Any suggestions. I used 1 c Greek yogurt. I did have protein powder. Loved the flavor.
