Heather I wanted to share a message I received in church about a month ago. I have suffered from anxiety and panic all my life. I was praying and praying for God to relieve me of this fear that I’m constantly in. The message I got while in church was that if I kept just thinking and concentrating on my fears then how could I accept the love that God has for me. Since then every time I feel fearful I think about Gods love for me no matter what. I feel protected and and loved and it helps me get through the anxiety. I want to pass this message .
This is the most beautiful video I have ever watched on UA-cam! You are amazing, Heather! I love everything that you said. The only thing I would add is that I learned recently that playing Gregorian Chant of the Psalms at low volume to be background noise in your home will send the evil spirits running, since they do not like the sound of this praise of God. I watched an interview with an exorcist who said that this type of music orders our minds and lives to God. I have noticed that if I play it, anxiety will leave me. It has long lasting affects. I’ll keep you in prayer!
When my grandfather died (at home), we noticed an incredible smell of roses. Mother Mary was very important to him and I think She came to pick him up. On the other hand, when I have angst or feel struggled, I've learnt to trust in God and I tell Him: Please, take over this or that and organize it completely. Then I feel peace, I relax and everything flows. Even really difficult situations in my family are improving a lot since I do that. Thank you for your videos, I love them and they inspire me a lot, I'm thinking about evangelization through UA-cam too :)

I’m here now. I’m fighting fear…fear for my family, and fear of God and not just a reverent fear. I know it’s warfare and it happens from time to time but this time it is really working on me.
Does anyone else get this anxiety when you wake up? It makes you feel like you just can’t do it today. Sometimes I’ll even get sick. I thought it was anxiety, but meds do not help this feeling. I’ve been praying the Rosary and going to adoration for almost a month. It’s worked better than anything else at calming me in the morning. I will be joining RCIA this August.
Yes this has been happening to me as well since June of 2023 the only thing that has helped me is praying the rosary, going to mass , and reading the Bible.

I have had a life full of worry. Too much worry which made my life unbearable at times. I've had 3 breakdowns. However, now I have found such peace. This life is just a blink of an eye compared with our eternal life. Everything that we worry about passes. Also, we learn such a lot when we suffer. It's been in my most painful of times that I have been the closest to God. He had used these times to bring me closer to Him. I used to look for earthly things to find peace but now I look to God.😊😊😊

I live alone, in a ruff Neighborhood. I have no family or should I say I might as well say I don’t. I’m going through so much spiritual battle that I have no time to worry about the people who walk the streets… we have home Innovations, where they don’t really take much. But just the thought of someone being in your home is enough. I went through anger Which robbed me of my peace and prayer time. Years have passed things don’t seem to get any better as the world becomes so full of hate. One day I told God I refuse to live in fear. I stopped fearing it has taken me a while to get back on track but I’m doing better. As the Trials and tribulations keep coming. It’s funny it only brings me closer to God. I live fear free, I live a simple life the lord is my only true friend I have Bible study That is the climax of the week. Time with him is so important as I’m working on being where I was. But letting go of fear was the best thing I ever did. I’m careful I’m just not afraid nor of death.

Heather thank you for this video. I’m going through a very difficult divorce that came out of nowhere. I am a single mother of two and financially supporting my children on my own. Life is hard. I’ve been leaning into my faith so strong with my kids 7&5. God is good. We will get through this as the fear is fading. You are in our prayers. God Bless.
Heather every single day I have to give my whole self to God. I literally pray and I say God I give you myself, everything I do, everything I don’t do, all my sadness all my joy I literally go down the list of everything I can think of,my husband, my family, my home etc.. it’s so me to try to take control of everything and worry. If I forget to give it to him my whole day is just kinda off. The moment I pray this I am a much happier and content person. I also need to pray the Rosary. Hi Heather! I just went through something scary today too. And to be able to watch this video means God is telling me to surrender the situation to Him too. I was on my way to work this morning and boarded the bus. As I was walking by someone I noticed they pulled their mask down and spat in my face. I was shocked and horrified! I wiped my face and got off the next stop. I remember Our Lord was also spat on during his Passion. Normally, I would have kept quiet but I felt the Holy Spirit was urging me to report the incident to authorities. So pray for the person and for me. I believe this was a case of xenophobia. I’m Asian. And Covid is causing a lot of fear. Hope you’re well and please pray for me!

I’m really sorry to hear you have had a hard time Heather. I hope that you and your family are okay now. Thank you for this content, it’s really practical and helpful. It’s so positive to have some tools or ideas to move forward with towards greater faith. That being said we are perfectly imperfect. It like Peter walking towards Jesus on water. You sink and need help from time to time - that’s ok as long as you FOCUS on moving towards Jesus. I find going to confession and mass every week keeps me looking on the sunny side of life. I also read my bible daily. It really does help. Peace be with you everyone!

On age 68 and I was baptized when I was 22 years old as in the tote. That was 1979 and I was away from the church for many years and I eventually I came back. And got married to my wife. She's a Catholic 2006. I've been back to the church 2 years now and I think I thank God I made it back to the church.I've been back two years now god

Your advice is spot on. This splintering world leads us to a fork in the road. Fear or a call to Holiness! The imagination can take you to dark fearful or angry places. The more you resist those thoughts and feelings by praying instead of ruminating, the more you grow spiritually stronger. I think we're being prepared! Thank you for putting yourself out there.

Amen! A much needed message for me. One thing that someone told me at the beginning of this year that resonates with me is that, presidents come and go every four years, but God is still sitting on the throne. We mush put our faith in God alone. I too have been struggling with fear and I have been in anguish over it but I keep clinging to God's promises and his word to Paul, 2 Corinthians 12: 9 "my grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." We all need to pray our rosary and divine chaplet as much as we can. Will include you and your family in my prayer book.

Heather, I’ve always been catholic but for some reason the words “spiritual warfare” just kind of freaked me out. Anyways, long story short I was out on a walk with my two year old son. He opened up the door to one of those leave one/take one free book exchange thingys. A book titled “A women’s guide to spiritual warfare” literally just fell in my hands. You made this video right as I’m in the middle of reading the book. Everything your saying is so in alignment with what I’m reading and what’s happening in my life/in the world now. My husband also recently just two days ago had to make a difficult decision. I agreed with him but I was soo scared of what was to come. I prayed like never before. My husband and I prayed for the intercession of the Holy Spirit. In the end love prevailed! ... My family will say a special prayer for you and your family tonight. Thank you for sharing this.

Great words of encouragement! I struggled daily and was in such despair for a couple of years prior to 2020. I started attending Mass and studying the faith and was delivered. In spite of profound loss of life in our community due to Covid-19 as well as some personal tragedies, things have been better since the end if 2020 than ever in my life! You are so right when you remind us God has already chosen us and we just need to choose Him. I still have struggles and sorrows, but I have not been a hostage to fear in almost a year now. God is faithful. I pray for your family especially during this tough period❤️🙏🏻
I smelled roses in my mom's bedroom after she passed. I asked a few other people if they smelled it too and they didn't but I did. It was very comforting.

St. Michael Chaplet has greatly helped us during these times. My go to is Rosary in the morning, St. Michael Chaplet at lunch time, and then Divine Mercy in the afternoon.

Thank you Heather so much. This has been very helpful as I too have been experiencing despondency and despair over what is happening in the Church and in the world. I am finding it difficult to process the evil I feel around me. I feel overwhelmed spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. Some days so overwhelmed I am unable to pray, to focus, to function. Thank you for sharing. Fear leaves us vulnerable and lonely, instead of turning in we should turn to God. I do all the things you say (except for the St Benedict medal) so we should all pray for each other that we can increase our trust in Jesus because I sense I may lack complete and total trust (even though I frequently say “Jesus, I trust in You”). We simply have to let go and let God.

Many wonderful, practical suggestions. I would add that we are on a journey to Heaven and we need to do the work here so we can get to Heaven one day. Suffering helps us advance in virtue. If we never had suffering, we would never attain the merits for Heaven. It isn’t easy. So remember to offer your suffering for love of Jesus, and do everything for Him! And yes, Trust In God!

Praise is the power of heaven, worshipping him even in your home, feeding your spirit with relevant scriptures, like God has not given to me a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and a sound mind, this is using the word of God as the sword of the spirit, eph ch 6, Jesus himself after being in the wilderness 40 days and nights fasting, was weak and satan came to tempt him 3 times, Jesus himself said 3 times it is written in scripture to block the enemies attacks.Also I encourage you both to seek the baptism of the Holy Spirit, this is for all believers today for empowerment, we can,t walk in victory in our own strength we need Gods strength. The upper room experience in the book of acts is given to all who ask, the fire of the Holy Spirit is here ready to be given by the warring angels for the endtime harvest, blessing to all in Christ. Please note I am from catholic roots from a young age , I have experienced the charismatic movement in my late teens , this is an enhancement to my faith as a Christian, bless you both.

I wanted to share a message I received in church about a month ago. I have suffered from anxiety and panic all my life. I was praying and praying for God to relieve me of this fear that I’m constantly in. The message I got while in church was that if I kept just thinking and concentrating on my fears then how could I accept the love that God has for me. Since then every time I feel fearful I think about Gods love for me no matter what. I feel protected and and loved and it helps me get through the anxiety.
I want to pass this message .
This is the most beautiful video I have ever watched on UA-cam! You are amazing, Heather! I love everything that you said. The only thing I would add is that I learned recently that playing Gregorian Chant of the Psalms at low volume to be background noise in your home will send the evil spirits running, since they do not like the sound of this praise of God. I watched an interview with an exorcist who said that this type of music orders our minds and lives to God. I have noticed that if I play it, anxiety will leave me. It has long lasting affects. I’ll keep you in prayer!
When my grandfather died (at home), we noticed an incredible smell of roses. Mother Mary was very important to him and I think She came to pick him up. On the other hand, when I have angst or feel struggled, I've learnt to trust in God and I tell Him: Please, take over this or that and organize it completely. Then I feel peace, I relax and everything flows. Even really difficult situations in my family are improving a lot since I do that. Thank you for your videos, I love them and they inspire me a lot, I'm thinking about evangelization through UA-cam too :)

Does anyone else get this anxiety when you wake up? It makes you feel like you just can’t do it today. Sometimes I’ll even get sick. I thought it was anxiety, but meds do not help this feeling.
I’ve been praying the Rosary and going to adoration for almost a month. It’s worked better than anything else at calming me in the morning. I will be joining RCIA this August.
Yes this has been happening to me as well since June of 2023 the only thing that has helped me is praying the rosary, going to mass , and reading the Bible.

I have had a life full of worry. Too much worry which made my life unbearable at times. I've had 3 breakdowns. However, now I have found such peace. This life is just a blink of an eye compared with our eternal life. Everything that we worry about passes. Also, we learn such a lot when we suffer. It's been in my most painful of times that I have been the closest to God. He had used these times to bring me closer to Him. I used to look for earthly things to find peace but now I look to God.😊😊😊

I live alone, in a ruff Neighborhood. I have no family or should I say I might as well say I don’t. I’m going through so much spiritual battle that I have no time to worry about the people who walk the streets… we have home Innovations, where they don’t really take much. But just the thought of someone being in your home is enough. I went through anger Which robbed me of my peace and prayer time. Years have passed things don’t seem to get any better as the world becomes so full of hate. One day I told God I refuse to live in fear. I stopped fearing it has taken me a while to get back on track but I’m doing better. As the Trials and tribulations keep coming. It’s funny it only brings me closer to God. I live fear free, I live a simple life the lord is my only true friend I have Bible study That is the climax of the week. Time with him is so important as I’m working on being where I was. But letting go of fear was the best thing I ever did. I’m careful I’m just not afraid nor of death.

Heather every single day I have to give my whole self to God. I literally pray and I say God I give you myself, everything I do, everything I don’t do, all my sadness all my joy I literally go down the list of everything I can think of,my husband, my family, my home etc.. it’s so me to try to take control of everything and worry. If I forget to give it to him my whole day is just kinda off. The moment I pray this I am a much happier and content person. I also need to pray the Rosary.

I just went through something scary today too. And to be able to watch this video means God is telling me to surrender the situation to Him too.
I was on my way to work this morning and boarded the bus. As I was walking by someone I noticed they pulled their mask down and spat in my face. I was shocked and horrified! I wiped my face and got off the next stop. I remember Our Lord was also spat on during his Passion.
Normally, I would have kept quiet but I felt the Holy Spirit was urging me to report the incident to authorities. So pray for the person and for me. I believe this was a case of xenophobia. I’m Asian. And Covid is causing a lot of fear.

Thank you for this content, it’s really practical and helpful. It’s so positive to have some tools or ideas to move forward with towards greater faith. That being said we are perfectly imperfect. It like Peter walking towards Jesus on water. You sink and need help from time to time - that’s ok as long as you FOCUS on moving towards Jesus.
I find going to confession and mass every week keeps me looking on the sunny side of life. I also read my bible daily. It really does help.

Amen! A much needed message for me. One thing that someone told me at the beginning of this year that resonates with me is that, presidents come and go every four years, but God is still sitting on the throne. We mush put our faith in God alone. I too have been struggling with fear and I have been in anguish over it but I keep clinging to God's promises and his word to Paul, 2 Corinthians 12: 9 "my grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." We all need to pray our rosary and divine chaplet as much as we can. Will include you and your family in my prayer book.

Heather, I’ve always been catholic but for some reason the words “spiritual warfare” just kind of freaked me out. Anyways, long story short I was out on a walk with my two year old son. He opened up the door to one of those leave one/take one free book exchange thingys. A book titled “A women’s guide to spiritual warfare” literally just fell in my hands. You made this video right as I’m in the middle of reading the book. Everything your saying is so in alignment with what I’m reading and what’s happening in my life/in the world now. My husband also recently just two days ago had to make a difficult decision. I agreed with him but I was soo scared of what was to come. I prayed like never before. My husband and I prayed for the intercession of the Holy Spirit. In the end love prevailed! ... My family will say a special prayer for you and your family tonight. Thank you for sharing this.

Great words of encouragement! I struggled daily and was in such despair for a couple of years prior to 2020. I started attending Mass and studying the faith and was delivered. In spite of profound loss of life in our community due to Covid-19 as well as some personal tragedies, things have been better since the end if 2020 than ever in my life!
You are so right when you remind us God has already chosen us and we just need to choose Him.
I still have struggles and sorrows, but I have not been a hostage to fear in almost a year now. God is faithful.

St. Michael Chaplet has greatly helped us during these times. My go to is Rosary in the morning, St. Michael Chaplet at lunch time, and then Divine Mercy in the afternoon.

Thank you Heather so much. This has been very helpful as I too have been experiencing despondency and despair over what is happening in the Church and in the world. I am finding it difficult to process the evil I feel around me. I feel overwhelmed spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. Some days so overwhelmed I am unable to pray, to focus, to function. Thank you for sharing. Fear leaves us vulnerable and lonely, instead of turning in we should turn to God. I do all the things you say (except for the St Benedict medal) so we should all pray for each other that we can increase our trust in Jesus because I sense I may lack complete and total trust (even though I frequently say “Jesus, I trust in You”). We simply have to let go and let God.

Many wonderful, practical suggestions. I would add that we are on a journey to Heaven and we need to do the work here so we can get to Heaven one day. Suffering helps us advance in virtue. If we never had suffering, we would never attain the merits for Heaven. It isn’t easy. So remember to offer your suffering for love of Jesus, and do everything for Him! And yes, Trust In God!
