I’m a FedEx Delivery Driver bringing a class action lawsuit against my CSP as they refuse to pay for overtime and did not disclose to me rate of pay upon hire and all of our employees are told they are salary from the get go and the insurance is so high that no one can even afford it. At $700 and change a week after taxes for 40+ hours and even as many hours as a 65 hour week is below minimum wage and that’s not legal according to state law.
Someone needs to look at the contract. Yes, you must have FedEx ground on vans and Box Trucks. Semis can NOT have FedEx ground on them.

Look worked for fedex many moons ago, fedex will just terminate the contract and find some one else. I have seen them do it.
