My experience has been you will pay for 30 days up front. If you decide to leave prior to the end of 30 days you usually will lose that portion of the rent. Whatever you can negotiate up front prior to move in is best. Rates and terms are always changing. This is just my thoughts and I'm not giving any financial advice. I really enjoyed staying at this complex as it was on a main street that had baht buses going by often.
Yes there is a ramp. I often use it myself as I don't really like stairs. The property is beautiful and also has great smoothies at the coffee shop. Thanks so much for the comment.
@@whereisgregnow5989 TY so much for the response. I'm going to be in Thailand from July 11th to the 21st. Just BK and Pattaya. But my permanent move will be in Jan 25'. The goal is Hua Hin. I might drive you crazy with questions. 😀
Hi, I just booked tickets and I’m staying in Hua hin for the month of December and I’m looking for a place to stay for the month ( which is why I’m checking out these UA-cam videos ) could you recommend a place ? … thanks

Lillian I think its a fantastic place with great value. Thanks for the comment
Great find! Assumed Thailand would be a lot pricier.
Thanks, Thailand prices are pretty similar. Thanks for the comment
Hello, If you stay there for 26 nights, can you then pay the monthly rent or do you have to pay effectively per night ? Thanks in advance !

Hi Palidamook, Thank you so much
Is that all inclusive? No hidden charges for power or house cleaning?
If you rent monthly you will have to pay for your electricity and water. House cleaning you will need to contact the hotel. Thanks for the comment

That's a pretty decent deal. Can't really ask for more as all your basic needs are met.
I feel that its a pretty good deal. Thanks for the comment

If renting monthly it does not include electric or water. Thanks for the comment

Hi Thanks for the compliment and Thanks for watching
It's just a room..over price
I think the room is a great price. I love the quiet surroundings and the pool. Everyone has their opinion, and I appreciate your thought.
Way to much for such a small room with that location.
That equates to about 14 us dollars per day on a monthly basis. I am totally happy with that price. Thanks for the comment
Please feel free to provide a link to rooms that are cheaper AND better and also with views
The hell you drinking? That's a friggin overpriced HOTEL ROOM. No thank you
That works out to approximately $14 per day. I think its a great price. Thanks for your comment
