No where in my devices settings does it say “change WiFi”. I upgraded my modem/router last week and had to reinstall both cameras but now the notifications do not respond to motion even though I reset the notifications.

We ended up exchanging this model for the slimmer version ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx0jZ_lGlDVJhDnmagEU8gn47cmfPNlLQU because it was too wide for the only door trim area that made sense to mount it on. However, we should have just noted the dimensions prior to purchasing. Otherwise, we love the doorbell. It works perfectly, and the video is very clear, even at night.
The app changed its location and name of choice. Its still in Device Health menu. But its near the top now, fourth choice. And its just called Change Network Ty for the video

My ring home doorbell 2 Alexa app doesn't show "Change Wifi Network" it just shows "Change Network". Now obviously it's the same thing as there are no other options in that field. But it's not working. So there might be a new update(which I also just did to hope it fixed it) that didnt' actually fix the problem.

I can't believe I have to do each device manually instead of account wide, I have many cameras I set up, my wifi modem had to be upgraded, now it won't reconnect unless I manually do each one!

This is annoying me. I'm trying to set up the stick up camera I'd normally have in my kitchen in my mum's living room while she's away for the month. I watched this video literally yesterday to make sure it wasn't outdated and everything worked fine. Now after travelling for 2 and a half hours i get to her house and the "change wifi network" option has just fucking vanished.

Ring changed the app. You now have to have the device in your hand, unscrew the bottom and press a button. Very annoying.

Just so you know on lots of ring cams now you have to take down the unit and press the reset button. Might want to update the video.

You have to log in as the user that originally setup the device. If you are logged in as a different user you will not see this option listed.

Jeez why do they hide it? Why not be like every Wi-Fi enabled device and just have a Wi-Fi section with all the Wi-Fi networks?

This seems to be missing a step my Ring is prompting me to do, which is to push the pairing button on the camera.
I don’t have blinking blue light. My light is constantly blue on setup mode. Why?
Press and hold the reset button for 20 seconds. Then start the setup. It just worked for me.

Is there a menu option that says “Change network”?

So if you’re not seeing the Change WiFi Network option you want not be logged into the account that the device is associated with.
