It is time for another super easy hairstyle idea! This style incorporates the French Twist technique and finishes off into a Rope Braid {Twist}. Both techniques are super easy to learn and can be used in any number of hairstyle combinations.

You can also wrap the rope braid into a bun and secure it for a beautiful-looking undo, and the style would also look great with second-day texture from braids the day before.

Items Needed: Brush, rat-tail comb, spray bottle, 1 large hair elastic, hairspray {if desired}.
Time Requirement: 3-5 minutes

I tried the twist braid on my daughter and she looked so cute. I usually just do the regular French braid or the pop out French braid but I really like this one because it’s fast and simple and my daughter loves the twist. I also want to say. WOW!! When you turned your daughter around at the end I couldn’t believe my eyes. She is a spitting image of you. All of my 4 children look like me in some way. The nose or hair or dimples but that beautiful girl of yours has it all. That is amazing. I enjoy doing my 7 year old daughters hair so anymore styles please post. Thank you.
I first saw this video 6 years ago by chance, but without it I never would have learned how to braid :) Looking back, I think this video changed my life a bit, in a way I didn’t know I needed. I’m so grateful I stumbled upon Cutegirlshairstyles, and I’m so glad I still watch them today.

This hairstyle is IMPOSSIBLE! I followed each step until the end, and when I let go of the elastic, voila, my hair untwists completely.
This is why I never do twists.
Schwarze Feen twist the hair to the right side and then cross it to the left side(to create a french rope braid instead of the twist)And then add hair like Mindy did but the only difference is that u r twisting the strands the opposite way before crossing them.

Schwarze Feen you are rlight. This video is only good for the author, and not showing close enough to see all of the details. The other's people videos are better to watch from the top, the sides and so on, so the explanation is not a "guess".

I do this braid almost everyday whether it's on myself, my older sisters, or friends everyone loves it!
saw it, tried it, nailed it^^ very nice tutorial :) for me it works very well when my hair is damp. this is just so much easier than a french braid, which when i try it on myself always ends up too loose. this is a great and much nicer/more casual looking alternative
