I came here to learn how to do a Birthday photoshoot but no info about the lighting settings or parameters of the camera 😫 Thanks for sharing though …

Hi Lior. So sorry you couldn't find here what you're looking for. This video is just showing what we did but unfortunately it's not a tutorial.
However I can give you a description of what I'm using here. The reference photos she showed me were very bright and clean photos and very flat light. In order to avoid unwanted shadows and volume, I set up 4 lights as my softboxes were small plus some speed lights I brought. (I wasn't expecting the samples she showed me so I brought the minimum necessary for a regular shoot).
My shutter speed was 200 the slowest (it can be higher if you can synchronize with your speed lights) and aperture around f.8. Even though we freeze movement when using strobe lights or speed lights, I still wanted to make sure the depth of field was not too shallow. My ISO was 100 and 200 the max. With this type of lighting you can increase the ISO even more if you want as noise produced by high ISO shows more in low light conditions, in case you don't want to sacrifice aperture and shutter speed.
The position of the lights where basically trying to wrap the subject as much as possible with what I had so that getting flatter lighting and no shadows.
To avoid the model being out of focus but still getting action shots, I asked her to move parallel to my camera or jumping on the spot because if she moves closer and further, obviously will give me a hard time to keep her in focus (even tracking her movement).
When she is further from the wall, I set up a light (with small honeycomb) around 45° angle behind her, so I get some back light giving me more dimension and separation from the background. You can set any softbox in the angle depending on how much back light you want. In my case, I just wanted to control the spread of light and to concentrate it on specific area, that's why I used the honeycomb.
Let me know if you have any questions please or if I'm missing something here. I'll try to answer them all. Cheers.

HI Sonia. In this case the client was very specific of what she wanted so she brought the balloons she used for her birthday party. Thank you
