Thanks! Nidoking is max sp. att and speed, aggron max hp and att, skuntank is random, tangrowth is max hp, noivern is max speed and sp. att, and sharpedo is max speed and att.
If you are struggling just go in with a solo Musharna with Synchronise, make sure it has Stored Power, Calm Mind (boosted by terrain, gives you dble spdatt/spdeff), Rest and a move to kill the Malamar (I used Charge Beam, but i'd imagine there was better ones, you can bring a one-shot Pokemon, maybe something that knows Pin Missile with a Quick Claw? Make sure it's in first place though, Musharna has to be last out to get the "Queen" role). As long as Musharna gets the Queen role (which it will in solo or second spot if you brought the pin-missile pokemon to kill Malamar, multi hit to ruin it's focus sash effect from being a Pawn, Pin Missile due to it's 4x Bug weakness), it can easily sweep with Stored Power (it starts at 60 base power due to Queen role, a single Calm Mind makes it 140, two makes it 220 base before the multiplied stat, that doesn't include the bonus from X Def if you used it, it's damage is so monstrously high it doesn't even matter if the enemy resists it), while Synchronise halves all boosted chess move damage against it and it resists most of his pokemons move-set. You can maybe bring one or two X Defense items to give it some extra bulk against Metagross. Rest for healing and removing toxic if he puts it on you. His Trick Room works in your favour since Musharna is so slow, so you actually benefit more from him setting it up. I did it solo, took a reload due to a bad crit from Metagross (which is why I used X Defense on try 2), but it works. Bring some Awakenings if you don't like waiting for Musharna to wake up, Rest is required because healing items won't cut it with Musharna's high HP, better to stock up cheap Awakening items and waste a turn. EDIT You get Musharna by trading Bibarel with the guy in Opal Ward for his Munna in Peridot ward, it's available right at the start of the game.

@@aura6433 Ahhhh, gotcha. I'm running defence on my aggron, I assume HP is better?
yea, hp is almost always better because it aids in blocking special attacks along with physical ones.
@@aura6433 kk, thanks!
