My comment is a year after this video came out. There is news this month ( January 2025) that Michael Tate is leaving Newsboys. I am saddened to hear this news, but pray that Michael continues to grow in his walk with Jesus.❤

Wow! When I first really accepted God my favorite groups were the Newsboys and DC Talk. I used to babysit for my friend and would bring over CDs to dance with the kids with. We had so much fun listening to them. Thanks for the memories! 🙏🙌🏻

I am sorry to read this... This is a misguided belief/thought. There is plenty of singing to and before the LORD in the Scriptures. There actually IS a lot of good PRAISE AND WORSHIP music. ( not in modern contemporary christian music... but nevertheless less)
