I've definitely had the most success with simply letting what I desire go. There was times it would pop in my brain but I would just say everything is done, it's on its way...and let it go again. So I know this works and would like to apply it to my sp situation. I've decided to simply focus completely on me for a bit until I'm even more secure and confident in myself.
You can never go wrong with taking care of yourself first 😊
When I feel like reaching out in an anxious way I feel my whole body tighten as I want to grab hold of my SP. When I create space he has space to come in. I know hes thinking of me and desiring me and reaching out to me. He loves me. I am claimed and cherished. Thank you Shelley x

Sometimes I sit and visualize the text popping up and hearing my phone go off. It helps me know that my contact is coming, and helps me feel more comfortable not obsessing over the how and when.
This is SO true, I've manifested so so many things just thinking "this would be kind of nice" in a good mood, then completely forgetting about them because I didn't care that much... and a short time later it all came true as envisioned. Only I used to get SOOOO attached to the things I really really wanted. I'm gonna let go of this attachment from now on!

Actually yes, I kept thinking that she'll leave me even though she was showering me with love. After a year she had to leave me out of the blue for "no reason". I was living in the end that she'll leave and that is what I manifested. So I'm going to reverse it now because now I know that I have the power.
Persisting in the end result and/or living in the end and letting go - either ways IT HAS TO MANIFEST. From where I can see, we have an attachment to the fear /doubt that it may not happen and so focusing on the certainty that Manifesting is inevitable needs some inner work (healing/self love affs). Once we detach from the fear, being attached to the desire (living in the end) and Manifesting becomes easy and effortless. Personally for me, a combination of persisting and letting go works well 💖 I am the woman my sp loves and adores so much!
This happened to me. I was in a place of gratitude and love for what we had and really was not caring if they contacted me and they did

* We can pursue and can manifest .
* We manifest what we most dominantly feel assume and belive is true . This will appear in front you . What is going to happen.

* When we change the domaint state , any inner work . We do this to shift what is going to happen and knowing assumption

* if you can release your attachment, there is nothing in your way no doubt etc.

* you can also say affirmations dedicated to your desire .
* If you feel any resistance,
Say I know they contact me.
This is gonna happen
* you are the new person who believes that this will happen .
* Moving on with life is becoming centred in your life .
* The more you practice the more natural and easy it will be.
* This will feel natural and normal them contacting you and them coming twoards .
* your practice is the key for your new end result .
* As long as in allignmnet it’s okay .
* Get in alignment with your new reality and when you expect them coming towards you , when this happens they will come twoards you .
* you have to change you and become the person .
* And when you are I this end result state it will manifest, life will mould and shape twoards you .

Yes to the visualization! When I would look at my facebook friends list, I knew my SP would show up there! Sure enough, they are now 😁 I knew it, felt it, and believed.
I always had a hard time understanding “let it go” and ever since watching you I really get it!

The hardest part is letting go and not thinking about it. If we could all master this we'd have our manifestations right in front of us. Yesterday I manifested contact w an ex, it was almost immediate, but it happened bc I had 0 attachment to him. Manifesting my SP has been a lot more complicated bc I still haven't detached 🥴
The key is being able to let go, which the more you want something the harder it is to let go of, unfortunately 🙄 I know wholeheartedly that my sp is the one for me, but it's hard to "let go"
I hate missing the lives ☹ im still watching Shelly and not giving up on my SP 🥰
I got a lot of partial manifestations with some contact stuff, so as you said, it's just thinking about someone a little. :) Living in the end is really where it is. :)

YES YES , I live in the end of us happily married , I do my best , I ABSOLUTELY believe it’s possible for me , I feel NATURAL about but I may start imagining again us together that would employ that we are celebrating an anniversary of marriage.

I’ve done this several times with several people. Many I could care less about now and don’t care if they contact or not but would like them to. So I let go but still have the desire. Nothing. From anyone.

Manifesting also gives you ideas on how to get to your end result so it's not emotional just think about what you want and then over time new ideas will pop into your head. Then take a break and when you need another charge do more manifesting for new ideas.
I've never had an SP tell me verbatim what I visualized them saying - but I would LOVE to have that experience!

My SP does not have my phone number or address so I dream how she comes to me at my work or after Church so it will be pretty incredible when it happens. Btw manifesting and praying gave me the idea of asking her if she wants to go out to breakfast after Mass which I think is a great idea. If she can't go the seed will still be planted in her head that I'm interested.

I inadvertently manifested my ex H since manifesting my SP. But if I think about it I almost certainly manifested my ex H and the way he showed up at some point but then completely forgot and quit caring and he started showing up and communication has resumed between us after years of NC. Now I'm working on my SP.
When you visualized your ex contacting you, did you only do that visualization once or was it multiple times?
Once however after I visualized it, my dominant "state" about him changed... so when I thought about him again, I thought about him from the place that we were in a beautiful connected space again, like I felt in the visualization.
Would anyone be interested in being my mentor for manifesting a specific person?

Use your imagination to feel who your new partner is - the qualities you want - and they will appear (probably pretty quickly!)

That's kind of worrying about the wrong thing. Details like this aren't important if you learn to live in the end and know your manifestation is inevitable.

Hi i have a question. I would like to manifest the man that i really like. Unfortunately others have got involved and caused us to depart. I really like him. There has been others' limited beliefs that are being forced upon him which is causing us to depart. I feel that he will come back but im surrounded by some people that are trying to sabotage me and him. What do i do? I want him back and i want others to quit telling me to find someone else. Im not interested in anyone else.
