The 2011 sienna has the spare underneath the right side of second row seating. Look under the slide door from the outside. I’ve had 3 different siennas. Both your model and the previous model stored it there. You need to find the cut out in the carpet by the second row right seat. There is a bolt you use the tire iron to turn and it’ll lower the tire. Make sure you pump it up periodically once you locate it. Hopefully this helps.
This vehicle is not equipped with a spare. Which is why he should have bought one and put it in the roof carrier if he planned on driving around in remote off road locations.
This is going to become more popular. I think its really what most people need. You can set something up like this for 5k total, instead of spending 50k+ on a sprinter van. Most of these can put the seats under the floor so you dont really need to modify it for a bed. You also get way better MPG than a Sprinter. Other vans are in such high demand, this is a great solution
It's exactly what I'm about to be doing once sell house for those exact reasons combined with being stealth, much easier to have shop work on them / tow, the list goes on. You can also pull small cargo trailer, diferent roof options, and many other things. Entire point of van life is travel and explore with simple place to sleep - it's not to stay in $200,000 sprinter.
Cool minivan build! I have the European Toyota Estima and love it! I had a sprinter camper and far too much of a pain as a daily driver in Europe so I got the Toyota minivan and it’s great!
Just a friendly suggestion...maybe put the shoes just on the other side where the tools are? Since that is annoying and well, could cause an accident...jsn...if I ever get out on the road, think I'm going to get that fridge...that being able to plug in easily to a battery and not convert or anything complicated, AND uses little power is what i need!
Each socket has a rating which might be lower than that of the fuse which is for the whole circuit. Like in homes where one outlet might be able to handle 15a and the breaker for the circuit that is connected to multiple outlets including that one is 25a. So you could draw 25a through one 15a socket until the breaker trips even if the socket can’t handle 25a! Always make sure the gauge wire and rating for each individual socket is sufficient not just the main fuse. In some scenarios a serious electrical fire can result so everyone check what your doing before preceding with wiring. Cheers! I loved watching you in the ambo and I still look forward to your new videos in the mini van! Definitely like to see that you make any size work for you! Look forward to seeing all the amazing spots you take the van too.
I know you did this on the cheap. I watched the off road video you did a few back. You were dragging . They make a lift kit for those that raise the bodies up three inches which is a lot. From what I have seen the AWD models cost a bit over $2000 . Its a lot of work but worth it if you are going off road
Brandon when you add the inline fuse to the Anker is there a possibility you can do a video on that? How you have that settup is exactly how I planned on setting up my power station.
I love the Mini conversion. I bet its a lot easier to stealth camp now. Do you miss the Ambulance though? Oh and, You might already know this. There should be a spare tire under the car. Maybe its just missing. It goes under the right rear passenger floorboard. There is a nut you turn to lower it and raise it. The hardware to hang it should be there.
The real cool thing is when you get pulled over for too dark of tinted windows...you can laugh at the cop. Also...tire plugs would have worked on that blown tire.😂
Like it has been said before, the spare is under the van. I'm just picturing you kicking yourself after realizing it could have been there when you had a flat 😊. I personally don't like the "chicken" tire they give you and I'm wanting to get a full size spare but I have been told it would be too low to the ground underneath so I'm trying to figure the best way to carry a full size spare tire without it being inside and I am not sure about mounting it on the back of the van. I'm considering the roof rack
Be cool if you could get a spare wheel holder that goes on your boot door (sorry trunk door) I'm in the UK lolol, but yer like they have on Land Rovers, least thst way you'll have a spare to get you out of trouble
I need that bike carrier! Wish I could buy one... does anyone make anything like that (I think he said it's custom made). All I can find are the super expensive swing out setups.
Please know I don't mean to be rude but I suggest you put you shoes somewhere else - that's an unnecessary risk to your using the accelerator and brake pedal.
That is DANGEROUS to keep your shoes there 😮.....a shoe could slip if you put on the brakes and get lodged under the accelerator, or worse, you could kick it under the brake pedal, and you can't use the brakes.....yikes.

Hey, did you get your Siennas lifted? If so how high? Are you happy with it?
His vehicle is AWD so it doesn't come with a spare. It comes with run flat tires.
I came here to leave this comment. It looks like his shelving unit is probably on top of the screws to lower the spare.
No spare on AWDs.

I've got this same van and just did a 5,000 mile road trip from South Carolina to Utah. I love your use of space

Keeping the seat next to your bed with the fold down desk is super nice!

I was so happy we had AAA Premiere last month - 190 miles from home and my tow was taken care of.....

Thank you! I appreciate the support even though I’m in a completely opposite vehicle now haha I miss the ambo!
need to make a trip to see elton and corey again if it’s not out of the way of course lol that’d be awesome
Nice and functional... it does the job...!

You can order the parts for a few hundred dollars, if you can do it yourself or know someone who can.

Safe travels my friend!

The stealthiness of the minivan has been great to be honest! Of course I miss the ambo though, and yeah my minivan definitely had no spare

Tire slime should seal it up!!!lol
I thought you and Sarah were traveling in that swagger wagon together? hmmm? :)
Do you want one of us to die?! Hahah
I do the same thing with my shoes and shower shoes I have a issue with just one pair while driving must suck with multiple ones good video 👍

Def made a good choice with a Toyota.
Looks bad but reflects heat. We need to see how you live in the space in a van tour. Cook? Eat? Shower? Emergency potty?
Got a spare tire in my Toyota Senna under the second roll right seat
Donut or full size??
Full size
I believe it's a fill size
Do you mean on the under side of the van? I just bought a 2017 sienna awd so I’m curious about how to add spare.
How do you heat and cool the van? Just idle the engine and use van's HVAC system?
I have a 2013 dodge rams tradesmen's with a spare under the van. check if you have a spot to put on there.
Remove the passenger seat for double the storage there, make a shelf/table, so much better
spare tire under minivan , you remove carpet back seat and there way to screeew and spare will fall down
How did you get out of the blown tire predicament?
We should be charging the e-bike off the power inverter anytime the car is running
Great video
I am interested in stealth camping
Can you advise on
AWD vs FWD vans? Which one is better? Thanks
The 2011 and up dont have spares so they come from the factory with run flat tires.
Cozy cool
Did you look underneath the back of the car for the spare tire? My minivan had one there
Some Sienna's do include a spare but his year and model do not
Be cool if you could get a spare wheel holder that goes on your boot door (sorry trunk door) I'm in the UK lolol, but yer like they have on Land Rovers, least thst way you'll have a spare to get you out of trouble
Hey Brandon; do you ever worry about losing the e-bike, it being on show all the time? Does it lock down to the tow hitch?
Yes I do stress about that a lot haha. But it is heavily locked down to the van
I need that bike carrier! Wish I could buy one... does anyone make anything like that (I think he said it's custom made). All I can find are the super expensive swing out setups.
I can possibly sell you this one if you happen to be driving distance to PA!
Please know I don't mean to be rude but I suggest you put you shoes somewhere else - that's an unnecessary risk to your using the accelerator and brake pedal.
I love your videos, how long do you think you will keep this van?
For a lot longer than I usually keep vehicles haha
drop the charging power of the battery from 8 to 6
Rooftop carrier makes stealth camper?
That is DANGEROUS to keep your shoes there 😮.....a shoe could slip if you put on the brakes and get lodged under the accelerator, or worse, you could kick it under the brake pedal, and you can't use the brakes.....yikes.
Very nice
Like you videos
Pretty sure that car has a spare tire just look for it
😊
With all of the stories about lithium batteries catching fire, do you worry about the one you have catching fire in your van?
Lithium polymer vs lithium iron phosphate. Different kind of battery.
@@marionsutcliffe1119 yes, while LiFePO4 batteries are a lot safer they still have risks from overcharging, short-circuiting, physical damage, and extreme temps
Does t look too mini to me!
Stealth? Too much extra stuff outside
🔜😝
A patch kit 😂😂😂 that tire should still hold air, wym?
No offense this is one of the worst sienna camp builds I have ever seen
Terrible
I don't get it. Can't change a tire?
lol, your van isn’t stealth. It sticks out like a sore thumb. Bikes and top clam say campers.
