@@DeiZeiga She’s a .01% blade on every file type you get. For context the file type you have May change on every NG+ you run and some blades are rarer or not as rare on each file. But Kos-Mos is always .01%
@DeiZeiga for context she is i think a .01 percent chance and unlike other blade you cannot increase the chances with the luck stat so yeah if you plan to play the game again you should keep this save
This guy got Kos-mos this early!? She is literally the rarest blade with a drop rate of .01% (or something close) and outside of story or dlc blades she is the strongest, and Rex is one of the best drivers for her. I have played over 300 hours and haven't got her still.
It‘s 0.1% . Also Legendary core crystals have a 3 times odds modifier and your characters luck stat increases your odds as well. With a perfect setup the chance can rise from 1 in 1000 to about 1 in 144. Kos-mos is also really busted on Zeke.
I had a feeling you were gonna get Kos-mos early. And yeah she's one of the main characters from Xenosaga. I don't know how familiar you are with the devs but that was the rpg series Monolith soft made before creating Xenoblade. Getting Kos-mos in a modern game again was pretty cool even if it was more of an easter egg than anything
Info for sweat: Crossette is great on Zeke. Since it all comes down to RNG at the end of the day, Legendary Core Crystals are about as good as Common Core Crystals. You can boost your chances by making Zeke's Luck stat insane and then pulling with Legendary to hopefully decrease the amount of time it takes to pull a rare, but the real purpose is to just get really good Common Blades for missions and field skill checks. Casually getting the 0.1% KOS-MOS, a'ight.
Common Core Crystals have a 50% chance (if I remember correctly) to just deny you a Rare Blade when you use them. So Rares are about as good as Legendaries but Commons are significantly worse. Also Rex and Nia have almost 100 more luck than Zeke at max stats. Considering that's raised about 150 flat and 75% afterwards, that's a decent bonus chunk of Luck you miss out on. If you're solely going for pulling rares, regardless of driver, then pulling on Nia would be the best bet. People just pull on Zeke because he's the best driver for most weapon types (only losing to others with Shield Hammers, Megalances, Chroma Katanas and Twin Rings.)
@@hisen3.146 Just goin’ by my own experience, most of all my rare Blades came from Common Cores, so it felt like it barely mattered what the programmed rates were. And that feeling persisted into the last few rare pulls as well, meaning I was well beyond my pity pulls. [Edit] I remembered the reason I thought Zeke had higher Luck was because of his Justice level at the time I was pulling for KOS-MOS, so yeah, other characters would technically be higher rates, but starting on Zeke is still good for the very reason you stated about weapons.
While everyone else talks about the 1/1000 Blade, I see you also got the snow bunny that broke the internet, the yandere, Kaiser Zone, orb, _Godfrey,_ Kirito, and Yoymiya on roller skates among others.
You got the rarest blade in the game so easily!! Kos-mos is awesome hopefully you enjoy her! Also one really neat thing about poppy buster is that he / it can be equipped by any driver (except for tora) and you don’t need a special item to change who his driver is

@@DeiZeiga she's rare, and best on zeke. she's a superior version of a guaranteed blade that you have yet to acquire. most people use the guarenteed one for a ton before they get Kos Mos. (if they get Kos Mos)
So like, 4 star common blades, when you max their skill tree then release them you'll get an overdrive protocol, so yeah some commons are good, but not exactly instant payout, they can be aight though
With you having poppi resources i think its time i explain how her customization works any modifier you equip has an energy cost, and you can increase the energy she can use in her poppiswap menu. keep also in mind each poppi is equipped and upgraded seperately -The Role CPU allows you to set her role. depending on the roles equipped you get bonusses visible in the blade switch menu, alot of blades do not really follow ther role since poppi for example can be a healer but tora can get 0 healing arts. so its just for the role bonus and some stats. -The element core is exactly what it sounds like. the Poppis can be whatever element you want. very handy if you dont have enough of the right ones. -Skill Ram is the equivalent to Aux cores, but poppi can get alot more effects then aux cores can. so alot of busted passives. Skill Upgrade is just more expensive Skill Ram.. -Art Cards are things you probably havent noticed. each blade uses some skills automatically. the art cards is how you decide what poppi uses automatically. Using these tools you can truly create something powerful.

As an FYI: Common Blades are not as useless as you might think. They have abilities that no Rare Blade has, including one that causes you to stack up elemental orbs really really quickly, letting you get Full Burst Chain Attacks early in fights. Additionally, if you send them on merc missions to get their affinity trees filled out (the fastest way), you can dismiss then at full Affinity for sweet bonuses. The 4-star Commons give you Overdrive Protocols. There's a bunch of shenanigans you can do to max out your pulls, but it ultimately doesn't matter unless you're trying to min/max your game, which you shouldn't be worrying about until you're in NG+ and decide to crank up the difficulty in Challenge Mode. Also, holy KOS-MOS THIS EARLY?!?!??! She's literally the rarest Blade in the game. I didn't even think you were supposed to be able to get her until NG+, and she's hardcoded to have the lowest drop rate, renowned for taking literal hours upon hours of straight core farming to get.

9:21 Huh. I didn't know this cutscene could happen without Pyra and Mythra in the party. Granted they don't talk in this cutscene from what I remember so maybe that's why. But you'll need to have Pyra back if you want the other 3 DLC blades.
Ok, so little hint about Corvin, while it is true that he's good on Morág (as all katana types are on her), you'll most likely want him on Zeke since he's got an exclusive art with Corvin that lets him be invincible while performing arts. Said art can be canceled into itself and other arts with the right timing, i think you can guess the rest.......
@@DeiZeiga Arts are dependant on both the driver and the weapon type. Each driver gets a different set of arts for each weapon type, so you'll want to mix and match if you wanna try them all out. In Corvin's (and some other DLC blades') case, he's got a different set of arts that the average katana blade doesn't have since all DLC blades' classes are all based off other classes but aren't one to one the same class (Poppibuster is another example of this, its shield hammer is unique to it), that's why Zeke gets that art ONLY from Corvin. You'll want to keep this in mind as well if you want to pull of driver combos consistently. A couple examples are: Rex has a break art with lances, Nia has a launch art with knuckles, Morág has a topple art with shield hammers, Zeke has a smash art with Corvin's katana (and only Corvin's), etc. Hope this helps!
So boreas has the same voice actor as brighid. Kos-mos is indeed from xenosaga. The sereis monolithsoft worked on before Xenoblade. She had a counterpart in new game + that makes me go awoooga. You might want to repeat the trash clip like 16 times for Godfrey. Dagas sucks until you do his quest. Rex and morag both SHRED with corvin. That boy is busted. And crosette is good on nia or zeke. She has a perk that stacks damage when she picks up a potion. And that stacks up ridiculously high. All rare blades have quests tied to them. Poppibuster keeps full strength in the spirit crucible. And for some reason Dahlia's quest is super wholesome.

Here's a fun Fact about Dahlia: The usual suspects on Gaming websites were b*tching about her design for being to sexualized and used her as an example to say that Xenoblade 2 was mysognisitc. But here's the thing: When designing Blades, the various artist hired were pretty much given no guidelines, which meant they could draw the characters however they want. and Dahlia's character designer in particular was Risa Ebata, a woman.
Based designer she knew what the people wanted lol. Fr though I can't stand the people who spam those buzzwords into oblivion, I just hope places like Japan doesn't start listening to them cause if they do, I'd probably be done with video games😅
Not to mention that her Blade Quest and Heart-to-Heart focus on looking beyond surface-level beauty to see a person's true inner beauty and value, which are ideals that many people, ironically, rarely offer to Dahlia herself, with them being the ones to see her as nothing but sexualized while the game goes deeper.

Not only KOS-MOS, but Dagas too? Incredible. Congratulations on the good pulls. Fair warning though- dagas isnt great until you complete his chart and do his quest. Every dlc blade is good, without exception, so go nuts training them. Can't wait to see you finish the spirit crucible. I consider the last half of chapter 7 arguably one of the best parts in the franchise.
@@DeiZeiga From what i can recall, Poppibuster is unaffected by the spirit crucible restrictions as well. Also, it can be freely switched to whichever driver you want without the need for an overdrive. (though you've probably figured this out already) good luck!
GG ON KOS-MOS!!! also, desgin aside, Dhalia is actually pretty useful. She has a certain skill that's extremely useful on chain attacks if you bother to add multiple element orbs...and is a decent healer.

I got KOS-MOS early on as well, and these comments are the first time I've heard of her being this rare… 😅 You got a pretty good lineup of blades. Don't remember if someone already told you this in a prior vid, but most rare blades you'll want to open with characters besides Rex. He unlocks a useful ability in the latter part of the game that works as a psuedo-overdrive between him and another driver. (Don't want to say how for spoiler reasons.) I was really thankful I heard this tip from the UA-cam videos I watched explaining this game, so I wanted to make sure you were aware too. You seem okay with your viewers giving tips and small explanations for upcoming stuff, so I think this should be fine.

Also… edit; you got Godfry… on Nia… Architect rest your soul… Also you got my very first Rare Blade (which I'd put on Rex) on Zeke…
Please note that Common Blades with rarity 4 give you overdrive protocols if you dismiss them after you fill their ability trees. You can fill them with mercenary missions. The rarity is the number of crowns. Also, don't bother giving Rex unique blades, I'm trying to not spoil you, just trust me on this one.

Congrats on KOS-MOS! I grinded a whole year just for her! I still have a trauma from this... xD Btw: The role of a blade does only tell you the stats they upgrade for the driver. They don't particularly say anything about their damage. e.g. some of the healers are really broken damage-wise, while some blades with the attacker role are really bad at dealing damage.

When pulling blades, you can tell if you get a common by the flash. When you open a crystal, it flashes i think 3 blades, and the third flash is the one you'll get. People are talking about Kos-Mos, but don't sleep on dagas. Hes a dude, but hes one of the best blades when you out some work into him

I find it sad that with all the core crystals you STILL didnt get the leader of the idol boot camp. and trust me should you get her, start her blade quest to get said boot camp unlocked. it will help greatly with affinity grids. btw did you know that merc missions of any kind partially complete affinity grid missions that dont account for previous instances and dont have a 0/1? yeah thats a thing and its broken. as for who this leader is, the name is Ursula.
there is no rush. tbh ursula herself gets better the earlier you naturally get her. its more a "if you have her great" type deal. but if you just have time you can leave the game on and send blades on merc missions for the affinity grid. it even works if you repeat a merc mission. @@DeiZeiga
Mfer you got KOS-MOS?! I played through the game once, twice on new game +, then spent probably 50 hours specifically grinding legendary cores with a level 99 loadout before I *finally* managed to get her. That is so incredibly lucky! Otherwise though, XC2's DLC gives you a lot of incredibly powerful blades. Corvyn and Crossette are both able to compete on at least relative terms to the two best blades in the game (One of which is unlockable in the Land of Challenges, but I wouldn't recommend doing that now, if you want to look you can find it in the place where Mythra woke up), and can make some of the hardest fights in the game almost trivially easy. Crossette in particular is the speed runners choice of blade for DLC included Any% since she's available early and can solo most of the game if you get the right stuff on her. My only tip for now; you know all those ether crystals you got for Poppi? Don't spend all of them right now. You're going to want to save a good chunk of them for next chapter for mostly unexplained reasons. Edit: Turns out you physically can't access the Land of Challenge right now. Pyra is needed for the portal to be accessed for the first time.
i think the only one left is the one by the mor ardan docks, that one is just a boss fight but i think your over leveled, i think he is slightly stronger then the spider for poppibuster but i dont remember, that blade will be a defense blade just so you dont have to waste a overdrive on her, also the blade in tantal is a attack blade but ima leave it at that, its a really cool looking blade too
oh i just remembered, so a way you can get better chances for the rare blade, try to increase your characters luck stat as high as you can, there are some items and blades that will do that, have them equipped then open, its not too much difference but i can be the difference of 1% to 2%, rare and legendaries increase this even more tho its not a guarentee
I'm not sure if you have her, but the same VA also voiced Finch. One voice actress voiced an elegant and polite noble lady, a gluttonous orb, and a literal birdbrain.
Tip: Since you have the DLC now, if you ever need more Trust to unlock more rings on Affinity charts, the DLC gave you Love Source pouch items that give 3000 Trust to every equipped blade on that driver. And if you run out there is a repeatable quest you can do to get more. You still need to grind the nodes on the chart but this may help.
My experience with obtaining every rare blade before starting NG+ was Kos-mos 3rd last, Newt 2nd last and for some reason Dahlia as last. Weird gacha experience ngl
Bro, I don't know if your going for all the rare blades, but I will say if you are you'll hate whoever is the last one. Last for was Vale and it took me more than two full stacks of Legendary Core Crystals.
The rarity of the core crystal just says that you get higher chances of rare blades. never garuntee. getting all rare blades takes forever. corvin and crosette are VERY BUSTED crossette is also very busted. if you use her on zeke he can single handidly keep the party alive. trust me on that one. corvin is a dodge button. very strong.

Well with poppybuster your gonna be set for the crucible. Also im lowkey mad since kos-mos is the one blade i never got in xenoblade 2. Literally got a perfect savefile besides the one blade im missing. But keep up the fun content im waiting to see you do the crucible.

On my first playthrough I got KOS-MOS when I was about to leave Gormott no joke and I have proof on my Switch which I took when I fought the Unique Monster near the bum bum of Gormott. I've not got her since 😢.
Im not sure if someone has said it yet or not but the reason they are stingy with the overdrive protocol because you get easy access to it later in the story
Dagas, kos-mos and corvin are op on zeke also btw dagas chart isn’t real and to unlock the real one is by increasing the skill Cavalier Attitude by collecting pouch items in art that he likes then head to Midorl Bridge in mor ardain at 16:00-18:59 to accept his blade quest after completion his trust and chart rest but he will be 100x better letting him being the best support/main blades in game

And Dahlia is a chain attack BEAST that can break multiple orbs guaranteed at full affinity chart with one of her skills. And Dagas on Zeke and Dahlia on Nia is literal divine intervention as their best drivers. There is a video by Enel that shows how to get KosMos in 2 hours. BUT your party has to be around level 90 and you have to farm gold chips for most of them and get some special common blades first. After that I got KosMos in just about an hour. It took me over 450 hours to get her on my first playthrough...

It's been so long, I thought you forgot about the game lmao Just gonna say that Corvin is more of a broken damage dealer than a tank. I mean he's also an insanely good tank, but his damage is through the roof. He's especially good on Morag or Zeke. Once you do Dagas' Blade quest, his actual affinity chart which contains the broken skill Kaiser Zone will be unlocked. He's good on Zeke.
Dude I remember one time I was on a field trip to a college and the college had an e sports club. So what happened was we were going to play smash bros and they had all the dlc characters, and I chose Pyra cause why not 😏. It was the most fun I had playing the game. But some of my friends laughed me for being a simp even though it wasn’t a bad option.
Ok, so regarding all the new blades you got. Ill let you know what they're about, and what quests are good (in my opinion). Dahlia is pretty average, though you did get her on Nia, which is nice. I do like her quest, since it kinda of messes with your perception of her. Azami is great on Zeke and Nia. She's a character where the less health you have, the more damage you do. She can be a bit gimmicky, but using her in a chain attack when your character is low can be really nice. Her quest is also pretty fun, and shes bi! Dagas is one of the best blades in the game, due to one ability, Kaizer Zone, which is an ability that increases the ENTIRE party's attack when he's at max affinity. He's also one of my favs. His quest is great, though the start of his quest can also be kinda of annoying. That said, he's definitely not everyone's cup of tea, so take hime with a grain of salt. Boreas is by far, the easiest blade to max out their affinity chart. I just recommend looking up how, cause once you figure it out, it will take you like... 20-30 minutes. That said, hes pretty good, nice on Nia and Zeke. Hes a tanky healer character, helps make sure your character just doesn't die. His quest is pretty fun, but nothing super cool or crazy. KOS-MOS, for one, is one of the main protagonists of the Xenosaga games, which while I haven't played yet, tie heavily into the Xenoverse at large. She's by far the best non-story, non-DLC blade in the game. Shes also best on Zeke, so I'd highly recommend over driving her to him. That said, because she's so rare, alot of her skills don't progress until your far into the game. As for her quest, its cute, and references stuff from Xenosaga. Gorg is a pretty good Axe user. He's mainly a tanky attacker, meant for you to deal damage without much worry. His quest is also really cute. So... Godfrey... He's one of the worst blades in the game. Shield Hammers aren't the best weapons, and his abilities are trash. Alot of people also really dislike his side quest, even though I kinda like it... Perun is okay. She's one of the weakest attackers in the game, but Mega Lances are great and easy to use weapons. Her quest is pretty standard, and it kinda drags. That said, her design is pretty cool. All the DLC blades are good, Corvin is the best one out of them all. While he's a tank, he's actually heavily focused on crit damage and party support. I personally think his best Driver is Zeke, but he's one of the few blades thats good on every character. Thanks for reading! Hopefully this wasn't too backseaty.

You are so stupendously lucky that you got KOS-MOS. The amount of people saying how rare she is doesn't do it enough justice as to how special she is. There are still people to this day that have never once gotten her. Ever. And you'll want to invest in her too. She is one of the strongest Blades you can possibly use in the game, particularly if she's applied to Zeke (if I remember right). Also, Corvin is broken, Crosette is adorable, and Godfrey is fucking worthless. 😂😂😂

On top of that he's a shield hammer, which are the worst weapon in the game when it comes to damage output and even for fulfilling their own purpose which is to help tank damage.

It‘s 0.1% . Also Legendary core crystals have a 3 times odds modifier and your characters luck stat increases your odds as well. With a perfect setup the chance can rise from 1 in 1000 to about 1 in 144. Kos-mos is also really busted on Zeke.

I don't know how familiar you are with the devs but that was the rpg series Monolith soft made before creating Xenoblade. Getting Kos-mos in a modern game again was pretty cool even if it was more of an easter egg than anything

Since it all comes down to RNG at the end of the day, Legendary Core Crystals are about as good as Common Core Crystals. You can boost your chances by making Zeke's Luck stat insane and then pulling with Legendary to hopefully decrease the amount of time it takes to pull a rare, but the real purpose is to just get really good Common Blades for missions and field skill checks.

Common Core Crystals have a 50% chance (if I remember correctly) to just deny you a Rare Blade when you use them. So Rares are about as good as Legendaries but Commons are significantly worse.
Also Rex and Nia have almost 100 more luck than Zeke at max stats. Considering that's raised about 150 flat and 75% afterwards, that's a decent bonus chunk of Luck you miss out on. If you're solely going for pulling rares, regardless of driver, then pulling on Nia would be the best bet.
People just pull on Zeke because he's the best driver for most weapon types (only losing to others with Shield Hammers, Megalances, Chroma Katanas and Twin Rings.)
@@hisen3.146 Just goin’ by my own experience, most of all my rare Blades came from Common Cores, so it felt like it barely mattered what the programmed rates were. And that feeling persisted into the last few rare pulls as well, meaning I was well beyond my pity pulls.

I remembered the reason I thought Zeke had higher Luck was because of his Justice level at the time I was pulling for KOS-MOS, so yeah, other characters would technically be higher rates, but starting on Zeke is still good for the very reason you stated about weapons.

@@DeiZeiga she's rare, and best on zeke. she's a superior version of a guaranteed blade that you have yet to acquire. most people use the guarenteed one for a ton before they get Kos Mos. (if they get Kos Mos)
So like, 4 star common blades, when you max their skill tree then release them you'll get an overdrive protocol, so yeah some commons are good, but not exactly instant payout, they can be aight though

With you having poppi resources i think its time i explain how her customization works
any modifier you equip has an energy cost, and you can increase the energy she can use in her poppiswap menu. keep also in mind each poppi is equipped and upgraded seperately
-The Role CPU allows you to set her role. depending on the roles equipped you get bonusses visible in the blade switch menu, alot of blades do not really follow ther role since poppi for example can be a healer but tora can get 0 healing arts. so its just for the role bonus and some stats.
-The element core is exactly what it sounds like. the Poppis can be whatever element you want. very handy if you dont have enough of the right ones.
-Skill Ram is the equivalent to Aux cores, but poppi can get alot more effects then aux cores can. so alot of busted passives. Skill Upgrade is just more expensive Skill Ram..
-Art Cards are things you probably havent noticed. each blade uses some skills automatically. the art cards is how you decide what poppi uses automatically.
Using these tools you can truly create something powerful.

As an FYI: Common Blades are not as useless as you might think. They have abilities that no Rare Blade has, including one that causes you to stack up elemental orbs really really quickly, letting you get Full Burst Chain Attacks early in fights. Additionally, if you send them on merc missions to get their affinity trees filled out (the fastest way), you can dismiss then at full Affinity for sweet bonuses. The 4-star Commons give you Overdrive Protocols.
There's a bunch of shenanigans you can do to max out your pulls, but it ultimately doesn't matter unless you're trying to min/max your game, which you shouldn't be worrying about until you're in NG+ and decide to crank up the difficulty in Challenge Mode.
Also, holy KOS-MOS THIS EARLY?!?!??! She's literally the rarest Blade in the game. I didn't even think you were supposed to be able to get her until NG+, and she's hardcoded to have the lowest drop rate, renowned for taking literal hours upon hours of straight core farming to get.
Omg, it's insane you got Kos-Mos very early, she's really good, congrats! For me it took literally 1 year and a lot of Core crystals farming, I literally had everyone (DLC included) except her at that point lmao

Ok, so little hint about Corvin, while it is true that he's good on Morág (as all katana types are on her), you'll most likely want him on Zeke since he's got an exclusive art with Corvin that lets him be invincible while performing arts. Said art can be canceled into itself and other arts with the right timing, i think you can guess the rest.......
Ah so it's kind of like Kora even tho she should be for Nia she gives zeke unique attacks, that keeps it fun actually.
@@DeiZeiga Arts are dependant on both the driver and the weapon type. Each driver gets a different set of arts for each weapon type, so you'll want to mix and match if you wanna try them all out.
In Corvin's (and some other DLC blades') case, he's got a different set of arts that the average katana blade doesn't have since all DLC blades' classes are all based off other classes but aren't one to one the same class (Poppibuster is another example of this, its shield hammer is unique to it), that's why Zeke gets that art ONLY from Corvin.
You'll want to keep this in mind as well if you want to pull of driver combos consistently. A couple examples are: Rex has a break art with lances, Nia has a launch art with knuckles, Morág has a topple art with shield hammers, Zeke has a smash art with Corvin's katana (and only Corvin's), etc.

Here's a fun Fact about Dahlia: The usual suspects on Gaming websites were b*tching about her design for being to sexualized and used her as an example to say that Xenoblade 2 was mysognisitc. But here's the thing: When designing Blades, the various artist hired were pretty much given no guidelines, which meant they could draw the characters however they want. and Dahlia's character designer in particular was Risa Ebata, a woman.

You got a pretty good lineup of blades. Don't remember if someone already told you this in a prior vid, but most rare blades you'll want to open with characters besides Rex. He unlocks a useful ability in the latter part of the game that works as a psuedo-overdrive between him and another driver. (Don't want to say how for spoiler reasons.) I was really thankful I heard this tip from the UA-cam videos I watched explaining this game, so I wanted to make sure you were aware too. You seem okay with your viewers giving tips and small explanations for upcoming stuff, so I think this should be fine.

You can fill them with mercenary missions.
The rarity is the number of crowns.

Btw: The role of a blade does only tell you the stats they upgrade for the driver. They don't particularly say anything about their damage. e.g. some of the healers are really broken damage-wise, while some blades with the attacker role are really bad at dealing damage.

When pulling blades, you can tell if you get a common by the flash. When you open a crystal, it flashes i think 3 blades, and the third flash is the one you'll get. People are talking about Kos-Mos, but don't sleep on dagas. Hes a dude, but hes one of the best blades when you out some work into him

there is no rush. tbh ursula herself gets better the earlier you naturally get her. its more a "if you have her great" type deal. but if you just have time you can leave the game on and send blades on merc missions for the affinity grid. it even works if you repeat a merc mission. @@DeiZeiga
Mfer you got KOS-MOS?! I played through the game once, twice on new game +, then spent probably 50 hours specifically grinding legendary cores with a level 99 loadout before I *finally* managed to get her. That is so incredibly lucky!
Otherwise though, XC2's DLC gives you a lot of incredibly powerful blades. Corvyn and Crossette are both able to compete on at least relative terms to the two best blades in the game (One of which is unlockable in the Land of Challenges, but I wouldn't recommend doing that now, if you want to look you can find it in the place where Mythra woke up), and can make some of the hardest fights in the game almost trivially easy. Crossette in particular is the speed runners choice of blade for DLC included Any% since she's available early and can solo most of the game if you get the right stuff on her.
My only tip for now; you know all those ether crystals you got for Poppi? Don't spend all of them right now. You're going to want to save a good chunk of them for next chapter for mostly unexplained reasons.
Edit: Turns out you physically can't access the Land of Challenge right now. Pyra is needed for the portal to be accessed for the first time.
i think the only one left is the one by the mor ardan docks, that one is just a boss fight but i think your over leveled, i think he is slightly stronger then the spider for poppibuster but i dont remember, that blade will be a defense blade just so you dont have to waste a overdrive on her, also the blade in tantal is a attack blade but ima leave it at that, its a really cool looking blade too
oh i just remembered, so a way you can get better chances for the rare blade, try to increase your characters luck stat as high as you can, there are some items and blades that will do that, have them equipped then open, its not too much difference but i can be the difference of 1% to 2%, rare and legendaries increase this even more tho its not a guarentee

Tip: Since you have the DLC now, if you ever need more Trust to unlock more rings on Affinity charts, the DLC gave you Love Source pouch items that give 3000 Trust to every equipped blade on that driver. And if you run out there is a repeatable quest you can do to get more. You still need to grind the nodes on the chart but this may help.
My experience with obtaining every rare blade before starting NG+ was Kos-mos 3rd last, Newt 2nd last and for some reason Dahlia as last. Weird gacha experience ngl

Dagas, kos-mos and corvin are op on zeke also btw dagas chart isn’t real and to unlock the real one is by increasing the skill Cavalier Attitude by collecting pouch items in art that he likes then head to Midorl Bridge in mor ardain at 16:00-18:59 to accept his blade quest after completion his trust and chart rest but he will be 100x better letting him being the best support/main blades in game

And Dahlia is a chain attack BEAST that can break multiple orbs guaranteed at full affinity chart with one of her skills. And Dagas on Zeke and Dahlia on Nia is literal divine intervention as their best drivers. There is a video by Enel that shows how to get KosMos in 2 hours. BUT your party has to be around level 90 and you have to farm gold chips for most of them and get some special common blades first. After that I got KosMos in just about an hour.
It took me over 450 hours to get her on my first playthrough...
The entire video felt lifeless without Pyra and Mythra, but anyways nice video, however I kinda thought the video would be longer but hey I’m not complaining it was cool that you came back. Hope you feel better.

Just gonna say that Corvin is more of a broken damage dealer than a tank. I mean he's also an insanely good tank, but his damage is through the roof. He's especially good on Morag or Zeke.
Once you do Dagas' Blade quest, his actual affinity chart which contains the broken skill Kaiser Zone will be unlocked. He's good on Zeke.

Dude I remember one time I was on a field trip to a college and the college had an e sports club. So what happened was we were going to play smash bros and they had all the dlc characters, and I chose Pyra cause why not 😏. It was the most fun I had playing the game. But some of my friends laughed me for being a simp even though it wasn’t a bad option.
Funny thing is Pyra and Mythra being added to smash made me decide to get into Xenoblade 😅

Ok, so regarding all the new blades you got. Ill let you know what they're about, and what quests are good (in my opinion).
Dahlia is pretty average, though you did get her on Nia, which is nice. I do like her quest, since it kinda of messes with your perception of her.
Azami is great on Zeke and Nia. She's a character where the less health you have, the more damage you do. She can be a bit gimmicky, but using her in a chain attack when your character is low can be really nice. Her quest is also pretty fun, and shes bi!
Dagas is one of the best blades in the game, due to one ability, Kaizer Zone, which is an ability that increases the ENTIRE party's attack when he's at max affinity. He's also one of my favs. His quest is great, though the start of his quest can also be kinda of annoying. That said, he's definitely not everyone's cup of tea, so take hime with a grain of salt.
Boreas is by far, the easiest blade to max out their affinity chart. I just recommend looking up how, cause once you figure it out, it will take you like... 20-30 minutes. That said, hes pretty good, nice on Nia and Zeke. Hes a tanky healer character, helps make sure your character just doesn't die. His quest is pretty fun, but nothing super cool or crazy.
KOS-MOS, for one, is one of the main protagonists of the Xenosaga games, which while I haven't played yet, tie heavily into the Xenoverse at large. She's by far the best non-story, non-DLC blade in the game. Shes also best on Zeke, so I'd highly recommend over driving her to him. That said, because she's so rare, alot of her skills don't progress until your far into the game. As for her quest, its cute, and references stuff from Xenosaga.
Gorg is a pretty good Axe user. He's mainly a tanky attacker, meant for you to deal damage without much worry. His quest is also really cute.
So... Godfrey... He's one of the worst blades in the game. Shield Hammers aren't the best weapons, and his abilities are trash. Alot of people also really dislike his side quest, even though I kinda like it...
Perun is okay. She's one of the weakest attackers in the game, but Mega Lances are great and easy to use weapons. Her quest is pretty standard, and it kinda drags. That said, her design is pretty cool.
All the DLC blades are good, Corvin is the best one out of them all. While he's a tank, he's actually heavily focused on crit damage and party support. I personally think his best Driver is Zeke, but he's one of the few blades thats good on every character.

You are so stupendously lucky that you got KOS-MOS. The amount of people saying how rare she is doesn't do it enough justice as to how special she is.
There are still people to this day that have never once gotten her. Ever.
And you'll want to invest in her too. She is one of the strongest Blades you can possibly use in the game, particularly if she's applied to Zeke (if I remember right).
Also, Corvin is broken, Crosette is adorable, and Godfrey is fucking worthless. 😂😂😂

@@DeiZeiga From what I remember his combat potential is ultimately mid to low end and his field skills contribute to absolutely nothing else other than his specific Blade questline.
On top of that he's a shield hammer, which are the worst weapon in the game when it comes to damage output and even for fulfilling their own purpose which is to help tank damage.
