What is the "PYLE" you are switching on in the beginning of the video and why isn't it included in this video? Thank you for this upload. Very well produced. Very well explained. Greatly appreciated.
Although I don't have the required amount of money yet, I do regularly check out Amazon for gear as that gives me motivation to get there one day. I've even had a wishlist created that I just tap in to see time and again. I try to update that list as much as possible. While the motivation is there it also becomes confusing as to what should I keep on my list so that I buy it once I have enough capital. I'm constantly researching gear for my list so that I don't have to when I finally buy. I was looking for mics the other day and then today I was recommended this video. I watched the video and I actually found a great resource of value, in that I got more knowledge about gear and also was motivated from the way you told that intro. Just wanted to thank you. And yes, I've subscribed your channel too. Good work mate.

Pro tip to anybody looking to set up a bedroom studio. Put the desk in the middle between two walls. Otherwise you will get weird sound reflections and that can fuck up your mix.
Agreed! Acoustic treatment = Yamaha HS5. Very emphasized in the mid-range and these do better in a more pro setting with acoustic treatment. No acoustic treatment = KRK Rokit 5 G4. More balanced across the entire sound spectrum which will sound more pleasant over long hours of listening in a regular (untreated) setting. Downside is these are not as flat and clear as the HS5.
Honestly, the chair you sit in should be the most important piece of your studio, if you spend 12 hours a day sitting down make sure the chair is comfortable and good quality! Unless you want back problems ofcourse
