- Listen to ITC SRA scholar, Shri Meher Paralikar's mature rendition of Raga Mirabai ki Malhar at the ITC SRA Malhar Festival 2019.
Hailing from a family belonging to the Bhakti Sangeet Sampraday, Meher took his intial formal music training from Shri Padmakar Thatte. Subsequently he started learning under Pandit Ajoy Chakrabarty and is currently a scholar at the Academy.
Accompanying him on the tabla and harmonium are the brilliant Shri Indranil Bhaduri and Shri Gourab Chatterjee respectively.

Rendition ....A complete rest and peace of mind...Name of this is rag is perfect as mare listening can give you relief of all pain (may be so extreme) or self submission in love like Mira bai had in life... best wishes to Meher jee.
This raga's been my favourite since then. 😍 I pray to God for Sri Meher Paralikar ji's well being and longevity.
