I love the way Jim said "Coyoteee!" When the bug beetle hit the screen. The pure happiness of wanting his friend to see something he thought was so cool was awesome.
You know they just had one of their guys tap the back of the screen, right? I'm sure the guy loves his job, but that wasn't passion. Just goofy acting.
thanks so much for showing us your knowledge jim!!! i checked out your channel and subscribed. as an aspiring conservation scientist, i appreciate you very much!!!
I went to Costa Rica for a high school trip for the upperclassmen. We all had to raise money in order to go. It was amazing. I also met my now girlfriend there and we had so much fun. Lots of hiking and we did a zipline too. After we came home, we started officially dating. Costa Rica will always have a place in my heart. The only downside was it was super hot and humid😅
The fact Coyote got so excited about the beetle and was like “I don’t know what that means but that’s so exciting!” was adorable. I love the fact he was just as excited about Jim and supported him even though he had no idea what type of bug that was.
Just two guys with hats chillin' with bugs because nature is awesome. Jim's a classy fellow. His love of nature is contagious. I'm afraid of bugs but I think Jim makes it fun. We need Jim to return in the future please.
I loved how all of the sudden the blanket just rumbled and a lot of insects were knocked off of it hahahahahaha the giant appeared. Cheers, love and hugs from Mexico, I love y'all 🖤🇲🇽
Coyote and Brave Wilderness team If you do happen to see this comment I just wanted to all you to know I would love to see more videos on beetles. There's so many large ones and smaller but also just as interesting ones. I would love for you guys to talk more about these critters in future videos.
How about a serious about abnormally large insects, reptiles and amphibians? Covers like a certain genus in a species that is much larger than others. So like the Hercules beetle, the hellbender salamander, monitor lizards, Queen Alexandra's Birdwing butterflies, the Hercules moth! Like seriously it would be cool to learn what lareg species there are that we've maybe never heard of like I wonder what the largest ant species is or the largest grasshopper species.
Wow, this was a fascinating video. Insane to see so many crazy insects packed into a small space. And please keep collaborating with this guy, he's awesome!
I'm glad ur willing to share the beauty of your homeland, so many people get mad that tourists exists it kinda sucks, Costa Rica is so beautiful tho I wanna go so bad to see all the animals and beautiful landscape, I love catch and release fishing so maybe I could do that too, idk the place just seems so beautiful and full of wildlife something we in the west see a whole lot less of now, much love from the USA🇺🇸
We had rhinoceros beetles in North Carolina. They were not as common as swallow-tailed butterflies, but they were big and they were there. They could fly but usually when they hit some thing they couldn't hold onto, they went to the ground.
LOVE these kinds of rhinoceros beetles! Actually raising a Eastern Hercules beetle- not quite as large but still a really cool insect, so it is exciting to see some footage of another species. Ty coyote! :D
Thanks for spreading the message of insect biodiversity! I encourage everyone to find a wildflower meadow near you mid summer and take a closer look at blooming flowers. You will be surprised at the sheer diversity of interesting insects.
I haven't watched Brave Wilderness for quite a while thinking He wouldn't do any more of Letting Dangerous animals to pinch/bite him AND NOW He's still doing it!! lets all appreciate How Brave this man is!!
8:11 the way his face slowly morphs from impressed to unsure to shocked to what i can only call "suspicious disgust" as the entomologist describes how he looks at the moths' genitalia really made me laugh
Hey there Coyote. Im really impressed about the way you are trying to inform us about the wild. If it was the sting/bite zone or the Informations now, i really appreciate it. Keep it up and stay wild❤
When i was a child in the uk in the 80s i used to marvel at the variety of insects in the fields and forests . It greatly saddens me to say the majority of the insects have now disappeared from my locale . I suspect pesticides used in farming , the number of butterflies and bees is now a tiny fraction of what it once was .
It is just wild (pun intended) that everywhere you go in Costa Rica, every square kilometer you will find at least 19 different and new species. That is just crazy.
Jim and the team at biosur are incredible! Their passion for preserving the rainforest and all its biodiversity is awesome and contagious! If you’re considering donating to a good cause, there are none better than biosur! Donate, Donate, Donate!!
We missed you, coyote. Its good too see you back. I used to watch you two years ago and then i looked back at ur channel and i saw a new guy. And i was like whaaaaaat. and now ur back wooohooooo
As a biologist in college right now thank you so much for talking about how it is so important to protect organisms other than the megafauna. but still love the megafauna!!!
This is such an amazing channel, and all of the things that you do in the bite or stings are especially entertaining, but are also educational. Additionally, this channel has inspired me to go outside and look for animals, and so far my craziest catches have been a fox snake and an iguana. I'd love to meet Coyote in person and do an adventure. Brave Wilderness, if you see this, could you respond?

Jim's freakout when the bug first lands and they run behind curtain is SO raw and pure.
Thanks! I loved to see the huge beetle I never seen a such huge beetle and such a beautiful creature from🇨🇦
Costa Rica is such a beautiful country. We went on a night tour through the rain forest last year and it was incredible.
Costa Rica is getting ruined tho because it's mostly Americans that live there now. They be invading
