Nothing more fun than low rimming you should for sure! (Imo i feel like what youre doing with the vertec is more stimulating for pure vertical but low rimming is better for dunks). But thanks bro i bet you could hit some mean windmills on 9'+ if you tried rn
@@tommyprogress it’ll be hard to get in a session on the cycle I’m currently on, but I’m hoping to squeeze in more low rim sessions in the near future. Especially because dunking is it’s on skill, and I feel like I’ve been neglecting that part of my training for sure 😅
@@tommyprogress I 100% agree! And yes, John has me on another power cycle. I’m pretty sure he warned me about people not making it out of this cycle unscathed because they’ll try jumping when they’re not supposed to 😂
