You might want to find a wooden b-ball court and see what you can do. A good floor can give you a couple of inches more vert. The newer the floor the better. Keep working!
Absolutely agree, only problem is that the court I go to has super low ceilings so I would need someone to lob me perfectly every attempt since I can't self lob. But I could try and inflate my ball like crazy and see if I could get some decent lobs in. Thanks for the support🙏

honestly good work! keep it up! btw just one thing to note, i feel like you last step slows down. tbh i have the same problem, i slow down on my penultimate, but my friend pointed it out and i tried speeding it up and it worked, now i just have to practice faster penultimate steps. so im guessing the same goes for you, you automatically slow down on your last step (for the single leg) which makes you lose speed and therefore less bounce. hopefully this helps and wasnt just a yap session lol gl on dunking!
Thanks for the tip! Yeah I'm working on finding a good balance of speed and acceleration in my approach rn. Since I'm fatigued it makes it harder for me to amortize a super fast approach but I'm definitely working on trying to find something that feels comfortable and still follows the principles of good jump technique

almos there bruh. I got like a massage ball (the basketball themed one), then I got a size 1 ball, a size 3 ball (can't dunk that one yet in 10ft. Like the size 1 has like 14cm/5,5 inches of diameter/height, and the size 3 has 18 cm/7inches in diameter/height, and a regular sized has around 24cm/10 inches in diameter/height. I think that's a good progression if I may suggest.

John Evans Jr. 😂 I've been experimenting with high object touches as well, I typically do it 30 minutes into a session. I put the rim up, give myself 3 tries to touch it and keep increasing until I miss 3 times.

Currently having the exact same thing happen to me. I went from 220 to 185 over the past half year and my vertical has basically been increasing directly as I've been losing weight even though my numbers in the gym have dropped a lot (With consistent training). From losing weight I've went from fingers at the rim to hand over the rim off one foot and from not touching rim to grabbing rim off two foot.
Damn thats pretty much exactly where im at rn too😂 are you close to dunking?
