Went to high school with Rashad...when I first met him after I moved to Asheville from Alaska, I took one look at him and knew he was going to make the league. Did was built different.

I love Rashad’s takes on the game. He was on point when he said vets aren’t the same bc they aren’t in the league long enough to really teach the game
The funny thing is the NBA players association set this up when they asked for minimum salaries for vets.
@@je5406 I think the league just changed slowly over time. Today the average NBA is 24 years old and that’s not really a vet lol. The owners and gms got so analytic crazy that all the data showed them to go younger and younger

@@yvans. it's actually 26 years old for this season. It was probably younger a couple years ago though. The Thunder, Magic, Spurs, and Rockets are all under 24 though. The oldest team in the is the Bucks and they are 29 years old. The NBA is actually younger than the NFL right now believe it or not.

Today's NBA is generally a guards and wings league. Wisemans struggles up until this point has little to do with the system. He's not a high IQ player or skilled player, he's more physical tools. He needs to improve his skills and understanding of NBA defense
