Looks like the wiper is sticking along with worn bushings in the wiper linkage. Have you tried RainX on the windshield; works awesome.
sixtyfiveford yeah, I recorded the video to put on the fordtrucks forum. The new blades didn’t skip for one day. The windshield has rainx and the wiper fluid is rainx brand. I’m about to buy the bushing kit.
