- Today in our village, we cook a delicious Bottle Gourd Recipe by adding mutton bone meat. Normally, everyone cooks Bottle Gourd as a veg recipe but we make this recipe nonveg by adding mutton.
The taste of the mutton and bottle gourd is more delicious than normal sorakkai kootu!

This is country bottle guard (not the hybrid one, hybrid bottle guard is the lengthy/ long one). If u add the bottle guard regularly in you diet, it will remove the excess water and prevents unwanted salt accumulation in the body. Very good for pregnant ladies.
