Passport application form are free for pick up at any Canada Post location, usually ShoppersDrug mart has Canada post office(Even if the office is closed, they keep it right outside in the counter). Hope this helps. My suggestion is to do the form online, its a less hassle for you as everything comes with barcode and information transfer is instant.

If you don’t have a guarantor you have option to visit service Ontario location (call helpline and find out), here you can walk with your id proof and competent person will attest for free (no fees) and this is valid. Service Ontario will inform whom to meet. This is only required for Guarantor. For two references they need not be citizen. They just need to be legally in Canada and know you.
What to fill in the address of past 2 years if i moved last year? the current address and previous address? if i have to write current address, how to signify that its still present address?
Hi Himanshu for your present address you will be sending address proof like DL so don’t worry. For any move in last two years just enter both the address where you were. Hope I answered your question?

There is no online submission but the online filled application has barcode which allows easy and error free transfer of your information. Hi don’t worry about vacation. Keep current home address. For 7 B, you can mention office address as they will still be able to verify even if you are remote. Only incase this is a a challenge go with your phone

@creativemom3917 since you are applying for new Canadian passport the only documents that are required is citizenship certificate. Photo signed by guarantor and address proof document. Am I missing something? Please clarify

Passport delivery- normal one comes within 1 week to 10 days. If you need express you can tell them at the counter and they will make it express by charging a little extra. Delivery in this case will happen within 3 days

Can you timestamp where such details have been asked? Please hold your drivers license and see where it is written number followed by 15 digit -eg. HXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. Hope this helps

Instructions page is not required however just carry these for your own sake

Thank you. I got my passport within 15 days of applying despite being a long year end holiday and this was through normal processing time

Yes you can however if you can do it digitally as with barcode it will take seconds to transfer your info without human error
