#Apple #Series9 #APPLEWATCH #smartwatch #41MMvs45MM
I picked up the 45mm three days ago at Best Buy. It's my first smart watch, and I'm impressed with the look and functionality. I opted for the non-cellular model to save money on a feature I don't need (I too always have my phone with me).
My wrist is tiny. But the 45 looks way better and easier to type on.
41 looks more like a watch
The 41 is way small
45 looks als iPhone 4s at hand
@@alexeysAK hhhhhhh
I have a small wrist does it matter which one I would get ?
@@vajrakasinath same I reckon u go try and see what fits and feels best
Watched a lot of reviews on size and went with the 41 mm. Fed Ex dropped it off, I opened the box and immediately knew I should have gone with the 45. I'm a Director for in government and really didn't want a cartoonishly large watch and as an avid watch collector went with the size I'm used to. But I'll say this the videos make both the 41 and 45 look bigger. I gifted the watch to my wife and ordered the 45 mm. This is much better, looks professional and normal size. The 41 is very small so if your on the fence about it and are of an average size then go 45. It really does look smaller in person.
Totally agree... I was almost ordering a 41mm due to video reviews, but then I went to a store to test it and it's actually very small and I'll get a 45mm one ( I have a 18cm/7.1inch wrist)
True also bought a 41mm watch due to video reviews. But then when I Actually wore it, it is so tiny on my wrist. I then changed to 45mm one and it is better
The video zoomed in on his hands to show Watch details
Go see things in person never base your purchases of watches or phones off of reviews that’s kind of stupid
@@josephpepe2607 Thats a stupid statement. A component of responsible purchases is research. That is literally what a UA-cam review is, why it's created and how the concept is funded. People watch reviews to gain insight into a product of interest. The manufacteror sponsors the review in hopes of making a sell. Your confusing a misjudgement on my part with stupidity, not the case.
I recently upsized from 41mm to 45mm and to be honest, I did slightly regret it to begin with. However, after a couple of days, I put the 41mm back on and it felt so small (although it never felt small prior to wearing the 45mm.) For me, either watch size is fine - I'd say it's mostly a matter of personal preference and I'd definitely recommend trying before buying if possible.
Go with the 45 if you have a wrist that is larger and go with the 41 if your wrist is smaller because if you get the 45 on the smaller wrist, visually, it doesn't look ok.
I just ordered the midnight black 45mm M/L GPS only from target online. I will be getting it in four days on Thursday, December 28th. It’ll be my first Apple Watch. I’m excited.
Hey, how is it doing now?
Hi ! Is the 45mm size is okay with you?? What is your wrist size?
It was time for an upgrade and the Ultra was just way too big for my wrist. I chose the 41m for that very reason. If I have a iPhone (which is big already) I don’t need another device just as big lol. However, after seeing your review I made the best choice for me. Keep up the amazing reviews work!!! 🙏🏾💫
@@MACGLAMOURPRO what is your wrist size un millimetres!??mine is 200mm. What size should i choose?
I really want an Apple Watch series 9 but hearing they will have series 10 in7 months time not sure if I should wait or buy this series 9 in 45 m or 41 mm gps p,us cellular?
You really helped me deciding which watch is right for me. Saved me about a three hour trip that I was planning on taking tomorrow to an Apple store. Thank you for making everything so easy to understand. I am now a new subscriber.
Glad I could help!
Thank you so much. Was leaning 45mm at first but when you mentioned hitting the Digital Crown on accident. That’s a big no for me. I have a labor intensive job, and also wear sleeves. So I think the 41 will work better. I use the 42 series 3 right now. Hopefully it’s not much smaller
You can switch the Watch so the crown is on the left side, just a suggestion
hey! how did 41 mm look? vs your 42mm series 3
I got 41mm Red version. While I liked the specs of Ultra2 better, the 41mm S9 was better fit for my needs. I’m using it in reverse orientation mode, which makes button and watch wheel more accessible.
You just helped me. Omg. Didn’t know we could flip orientation! Thank you!
Excellent comparison. Wasn't sure what size to go with but now I know the 41 will be fine on my small wrist. Thanks!
I bought the 45mm for myself. I’m a woman, the prioritised having a larger screen size because I find it much easier to read and navigate on it. The larger screen doesn’t look at all silly on my wrist, it’s the perfect size for me. I got mine in starlight, which is a really light gold colour; it’s so pretty. At the moment, I have a burgundy silicone solo band, which makes it look silver, especially in direct sunlight. It’s definitely wearable with anything because the starlight colour is very subtle.
I just bought the 41mm in black for my 71 year old mother. She recently bought her first iPhone and is doing so well with it. I bought her the Apple Watch as a birthday gift because she mentioned buying one for herself, and I like the safety features it has. I chose the 41mm because her wrists are really small. I debated getting the larger one because her eyesight isn’t great, but her wrists are so small that I don’t think she’d wear the 45mm
I'm a huge believer in "Check before you buy", and am lucky to live within 15 minutes of an Apple Store so, when I was looking to get my first Apple Watch last year, I went in and tried all the models, sizes and colours.
I'd originally been drawn to a darker colour, but wasn't sure of size.
I ended up getting a Nike Series 7 41 in Starlight - didn't need the 8's extra features, but wanted more than what the SE2 had to offer (the Ultra was just too big/expensive). Have to say, I absolutely love it.
Thanks, as always, for the vid!
how big is your wrist?
You can change the side the crown is on in the settings. It will flip the screen so you can keep the watch on the wrist you like it on. I had issues all the time when doing barbell workouts. I changed the crown to the other side and now I don’t have that issue. I hope that helps. Ps. I have the 45mm for reference. 😊
Not too big ?
My wrists are 7,3 inches and I'm a 6'2 large man who does a lot of sports and weight lifting. I picked the 45mm because the 41 would look ridiculous small on me. I bought the 41mm for my girlfriend tho and it fits perfect!
I’m 5’9 is 160lbs and got small wrist. Which one should I get ?
@@antoniomelgar658 I would still go for 45mm. As a man go for 45mm. As a girl take the 41mm.
Hello, thanks for the video. I am sorry if I missed it but could you please tell me if the 45mm will fit the 41mm?
Just bought 41mm today 😊
Enjoy it
i've always got the 45 but just ordered the 41 the 45 looks and feels so big i figured i'd try the 41.
which is better
I chose the larger aluminum series 9. The smaller option looks a little odd on my wrist, the larger (for me) looks much better. Plus - I do enjoy the little bit of extra real estate. I work out with the larger option, and yeah, it can get a little scrunched, but so far I haven’t had any problems with exercising.
Thanks for the video I'm now going with the 41mm thanks heaps..Your Secret Lab Desk Mat is Cut...🤭
This was so helpful! Thank you!
u do relize u can flip the watch and put he buttons on teh other side of ur wirst so ur hand never hits it? ive done that on my seris 6 40mm . and im getting the 9 and will eb doing same thing. works the same if u flipped the watch sound the way u have it on.
Yeah but I like to scroll with my thumb positioned to where it’s most comfortable with the crown pointed that way
Best review so far. I like that you wear them both on your wrist. I'm a Nurse and I make too much movements when I'm on duty, always wearing and changing gloves, so I've decided to get 41mm. Can't wait for Friday! 🥰
This helped me so much, thanks!
Looking to order s9 and this just helped to decide size, TkU 😊
What is the red small square box?
With the larger size 9, what does the ultra bring you that the 9 doesn’t?
Longer battery life, bigger display, action button . That’s the short summary but those are the main big features. I’m making a more in-depth buyer video soon.
Also water proof (for diving) rather than water resistant. And for what it costs, it should do your laundry.
Ehhh status. A simple that you have more money than sense or that you cans spend money frivolously
@@Chase.77 - Maybe, I have a TAG that I got as a gift that I rarely wear. However, I view an Apple Watch as a tool, like a phone that you USE not just wear.
@@bryans8656 - For what it costs I want to need to smoke a cigarette after using one. 😳
Hi! Great review, thanks! You said nothing about battery life, the battery in 41 should be definitely smaller… does it have influence on battery life or just compensated by display size?
They’re both rated the same, even though it has a bigger battery, the larger screen takes away that. It’s the same battery life both as Apple‘s website list it.
@@HotshotTek haven’t you tested it yourself? After your video, I’m also considering to have a smaller model :) thanks for your reply!
screens are also different in size so I think same battery backup
Bro has the NHL app on his watch. Respect
If you want a watch, get the 41.
If you want a smart, get the 45.
A smart
@@Fredsterface they got the 41mm
Smart über Alles, über alles in der Welt.
😂😂😂 like it!
When you are wearing an apple watch, you do not want to cover it with your sleeves 🤣
So i bought the series 9 41mm, and tried, and it felt small but thr strap is fine, then i bought the 45mm the next hour, i found out that it fits with my wrist but the strap is kind of big, it needs to have 1 more strap hole down, as it feels loose. Overall the 45mm fits with me with the strap of that of 41mm
Thanks. This was helpful.
thank you, your video help me a lot 🙏
41 suits you best! The other ones look childish. Reminds me of Power Rangers 🤣
This is actually a good review. Thanks
Have the 41 8 series and upgrading to the 45 Series 9 because I find the 41 annoying to type and navigate. It’s not bad at all I’d just prefer a little more room.
Had both sizes. 45 is definitely better. It’s really not much bigger than the 41, and looks great.
I have the Apple Watch series 9 45 mm It’s the best watch for me !!!!
41mm looks so much better.
Getting my 45mm watch and it’s going to be so useful with Siri, double tap gestures and obviously time without reaching your pocket for your phone
I’m getting the 45mm next month and giving my old one to my daughter.
I m female with Indian brown skin colour having 152mm wrist.
I got 45mm watch with white strap. I ordered doubtfully after watching many videos of comparison between 41mm and 45mm.
The watch is just awesome and appreciate my choice.
41mm is for kids and skinny people in my opinion. Many branded watches have big displays.
Again personal preference matters ❤
I only want to track my mileage everyday at work. I don’t always have my phone on me. What should I buy?
If you’re only looking for the workout features, I’d go with the SE second gen. It’s much cheaper than the 9 and I’d go with the 44mm size. The 9 is great but it won’t make much of a difference for what you plan to use it for.
You didn't even have the watch where it was supposed to be. that's why you triggered the buttons.
I see huge sales on the 41mm right now at Best buy at like $100 off. ($300) Are there sales like that on the larger 45 model?or should I just pickup a 41 cause that's a big price difference.
Like $130 off 45 RN at best buy
ik I bought a series 9 41 mm from fb marketplace for only $100 but I wish it was the 45mm
you should put the watch before your wrist bone.
I got the 41mm best suited for my lady size wrist ❤
Why would you have the crown button in that orientation to begin with? That is such a ridiculous issue to nitpick about. Go into the Watch app, flip the screen orientation so your wrist never accidentally actuates the button.
Is that the original white sport band?
I had the 45 mm series 8 in aluminum I have the series 9 in stainless steel, the stainless steel is definitely the way to go it holds up a lot better than that cheesy aluminum
@@josephpepe2607 not worth the extra money when u know ur gonna eventually upgrade when the software and battery life goes bad 💀
Dude, what's that square red thing you had in the middle, getting in the way of the shot. Seems like a useless distraction to me!
Thats all i could seem to look at even when i tried to look away😂
Best advice is get ur self to an Apple Store and check both options for your self
It’s all dependant on wrist size.
Se2 for £250 vs series 9 for £300 which to go for?
S9 anytime. For the price difference just go for the latest tech. You won’t regret it! The S9 is a great watch!
If you’re putting the watch on your left hand the crown is supposed to be on the left side. You shouldn’t have any issues with accidentally touching the crown.
Thank you sooooo much!
Thank you
Is is water proof .?
It's swimproof, but I wouldn't shower with it because of the hot water
I must be doing something wrong. My wrists are pretty small but I got the 41mm with M/L band but the band is too small and visibly your wrists are bigger than mine and the 41mm fits your wrist fine. I’m so confused
Did u figure it out? I want to get one but now I’m confused
45mm it’s the perfect man smart watch, really manly, not just to work out. Real elegant watch to go out 🤔
I got the 41mm due to my size wrist and my boyfriend has the 45mm cos it fits his wrist
Thanks for the review
Mine 41mm
Hey, did you notice a difference between battery lives? I’m really hesitating between both sizes. Thanks for the video 😊
Are the sensors on the back the same size on both size watches!
No.
I where my 45mm lower on my wrist so it never hits my hand when I'm working out and is easy to cover with my sleeve
What’s this? An American company using metric measurements for their products! Well I never! I’m sure it would’ve sounded just as good in inches/eights & sixteenths!
41
45 > 41 why would I get a tiny smart watch that I can’t even type on. 45 is def the way to go imo.
I’m left handed so the 45mm works great for me
In camera it looks like 41 is enough but no way it is enough unless your girl or have small hands noway 41 will be enough 45mm also is just ok Dont fool in camera In live usage 45mm is right for 80% users
I’m travelling back in time soon to stop the Kennedy assassination, my main concern is if the FBI somehow captured me and got a hold of my watch, but then maybe that’s what’s supposed to happen in order to send men to the moon by using the tech in the watch to achieve such a goal, I could leave the watch here but it’s all programmed up to help me complete my mission
What have you been smoking? 😂
Im a big blue color fan and they didn’t add a blue color I’m just going to keep my blue series 7
Series 7 blue was the best
41mm looks better on most wrists. 45mm looks more like a gadget. 41mm more like a watch.
41 for man for me is better. like in 2024 Apple Watch series 8
The 9 series 45 mm gps available for 299 on amazon india 🇮🇳 and i got it 😂😂
You don't need anything more than a 41mm, but now that the 42mm is coming out, that's going to be perfect. Especially with thinner and larger screen.
I returned the 45, its to big.
The weird thing is they’re selling the 45mm shipper than the 41mm 😿😿😿😿
Get the 41 45 looks like a tablet on the wrist
41 is just the better size. . .
45 looks huge on ur little wrist
Bilhin nyo na sa akin apple watch series 9 45mm
45 for men and 41 for female

They should just stop making the 41 mm it’s way too small
