It's interesting you mention Anthony Bourdain because Spanians food reviews are the first I've really enjoyed since old mate passed away. And I hadn't thought about it but you're right, he could fit into a similar mould for tv; as long as he wasn't forced to change for woke reasons.

9:35 Spanian, I remember those food courts in downstairs China town like 2006-2012. They were absolute gun for lunch if you went into the city on a family day trip. Cheap too - relative to wages back then. I never knew they all are gone now since moving back to Sydney from QLD. What a bumma!

5:05 i used to sit at the table hesitating to eat chicken feet infront of me as a kid for ages before digging in and nibbling on that "skeleton structure" becomes pleasurable when its cooked in some saucy pot with like soy sauce and vinegar, black pepper and garlic etc then when you serve it onto your plate.. make sure you have rice and have a bowl aside with vinegar and and salt or vinegar and crushed garlic or soy sauce and crushed garlic or chilli w.e then dip your tasty chicken foot into that toxic bowl and enjoy it with the combination with rice its a traditional thing
