Series: "Kaitou Joker Season 2" Episodes: 12 "Light and Shadow Jokers" & 13 "The End to the Long Night". Rose lived peacefully in a village with her twin brother Cyan and her friend Jack. But one day the war came to her town, Cyan and Jack almost got killed but she fully awakened his powers to save them, due to the excesive use of her powers she falls into a coma during various years. Several years later Professor.Clover used the staff of Kairos to wake her up, but this staff also allows him to mind control her. Is revealed that the war and all the things that happened during her past were part of Professor Clover's plans. He was the man who started the war, just because he wanted to control Rose's powers. Fun fact: In the manga(The original source) she is not mind controlled. Cyan uses the staff to wake her up but the staff was "incomplete" so she wakes up but without a mind and withouth a soul. Due to this her body acts basely on pure instinct and starts destroy everything until Cyan makes her return to her senses.
There is another scene in episode 3 of Season 1, but is "fake". One of the villains uses a Magic Eye that "hypnotizes" people and makes them fall to sleep, a Police Chief and two Cop Girls falls into this. But later in the episode is revealed that it was a trick, the "assistant" who is behind the walls uses Sleep Darts to make them fall asleep.
He said the staff made feelings useless, and yet, she fought against it because of them. Although, I'm curious to know how a souless body moved by the instinct to destroy alone (her manga version) would be like. It should prove a very interesting study case.

Question, are the two jokers the professor attacks while they're frozen Cyan in different time periods ? If so, it's messed up he becomes someone who's willing to control her mind and body. And if so, poor young Cyan, realizing what he'll become. Oh ! And who's the Professor ? Why does he want revenge ?
Last comment, promise. How can the victims think or speak while frozen in time ? Doesn't look like much of a time stop to me. I hope that's the only issue I'll face when searching for this anime. I don't want to watch a flawed anime.
