Where did you get your pattern weights? I tried taking a pic and looking up on Google but not getting a good reference.
You can use anything for pattern weights

They are barbell weights
That’s not how you do an invisible zipper. Now it’s not invisible, you have two stitching lines. That’s how you install a regular zipper
Also, for the sleeves and cuffs you should do gathering stitches. It’s much easier and neater finish.
