Sharing from Quality of Mind Programme June 2023 (short version)

Our June Quality of Mind foundation programme was full of magic. The first we've held at our beautiful new venue, Meon Springs. We welcomed a group who spent three days in the Hampshire countryside, learning about the mind and leaving with profound insights about their own life and work and a greater awareness of their thinking.
