Yep. Fresh high quality multi-viscosity motor oil. Warm up motor before putting a load or high revs on it, fresh antifreeze in the radiator, and a car not built on a monday or a Friday...
This is why I was proud to be part of a team that made great products. Mr Honda was my inspiration to do the best work possible. I only hope his dream lives on in others like it has in me
its not the miles that kills the car its the age. There is also a reason why most every 30 year old car driving around today has a manual transmission.
@@MrBlaze256 Pretty much. There are other factors, but generally lightweight, stick, and simple motors last nearly forever. Rust and the drying of rubber and belts brought on with age generally kill cars. I have a 1991 suzuki samurai/jimny that runs beautifully. Only problem i have with it is rust in the quarter panels i have to fix.
Sure you do...All the time. I bought a 2010 Insight with 220K miles a while back. I drove it for 3 years as a work car. I hit a deer at 330K. It NEVER broke down. I put one set of brakes, one battery and changed the oil every 10K. Hondas are more reliable now than ever..
I bought my 1992 Civic VX brand new and it now has 544,735 miles on it.
Still have it?
how about now?

How the hell would you hear of a 2000s model lasting 30 years anyway? Are you a time traveler?
Those old EW1 engines were really made to last longer than the driver.

My truck will soon be older

Separation issues much?
arios1977 what ❓
You sound ridiculous it's a car that paid for it works I've had my car for 7 years a Honda Accord same thing paid for it and it works
arios1977 They have issues with separation from their money for no good reason. We’d all be better off with those issues.
I dont know about that family song though, sounds kinda corny
