I love This is Her. I first came across it at a perfume store in Andorra. I had never smelled anything like it before so I ended up buying 2 bottles. No regrets 😅

Thank you for all the hard work. I'm going to go put these into Fragrantica to see if there's a hazelnut in the list. Just checked and Passeggiata In Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II is a hazelnut that sounds very cozy.
Hello Veronica! Madeleine is still on my list to grab. I say *YES* to nutty frags. I absolutely love… borderline obsessed with frags that have coffee, nutty, caramel, butterscotch, or gingerbread accords.
Hey Veronica, you should definitely try Etat Libre D'Orange's Frustration. It is a divine chestnut! Roasted, warm, spicy, not for the faint of heart, beast mode fragrance.
I have a few nutty fragrances I enjoy in cold weather😍😍. These are Girl Of Now, Bois Dore, New Bind Street, Lost Cherry, Angel Muse, Cheirosa 68 (body spray) and a travel size of Embrace😍😍. I will pick up This Is Her in winter since I gifted mine to a friend who loved it so much🤩🤩. Stay gorgeous🥰🥰
Hello Veronica, 💕 I don't mind nut notes in fragrance. I have never tasted or smelled chestnuts before. They are fairly commonly eaten in Europe? All those Christmas songs and movies about roasting chestnuts. I have always been curious about them. I don't have too many of the fragrances in your video except Maison Lancôme Jasmins Marzipane and TF Lost Cherry. Lost Cherry has a lot of almond, but I never think of it as a nutty perfume (even though it can totally be put in the nut category). I have Sandal Sun which is hazelnut. I used to have more perfumes with an almond note, Hypnotic Poison comes to mind, but haven't replaced it because the performance on the last bottle of Edt was disappointing to me. I am interested in testing Kiss Me Intense. Thanks for your video! Have a great weekend! 💛😊✨
Hey Jenn! 💖🥰 I hope you get to try Kiss Me Intense. What a soft and subtle cuddly number that one is. Very unassuming. Sandalsun is a neat scent. I will likely try chestnuts again this winter. I did try roasting them and it only slightly helped the texture situation, but I keep hope alive! 🤣
Give me all the nuts. You picked all winners for this one. I love all of the Trussardi Milano line they are amazing. Oh and thanks for the memories. I smiled through the whole description of nuts and candy bowls. Those memories have gotten me through a lot of tough times.
Me too! 🥳 Yes, the Trussari line delivered big time. I'm so glad that little memory brought some joy. I can see it clearly. Grandma had a red ceramic round dish with a center candy dish and surrounding compartments for the nuts. It spun on a circular lazy Susan type of thing. I miss her dearly.
Hiya Ms. Veronica 👋🏻 this is such a fantastic note category and I have many of these. A wonderful lineup! 🤎🍁 About a week ago I got Castagna from Tuttotondo. Affordable Italian house and a blind buy success. A lighter wearing chestnut to my nose. Also Trussardi’s Pure Jasmine has a glorious pistachio note and is affordable as well. Ya know, sometimes you feel like a nut? 🥜🐿️🤷🏼♀️😘
I love Girl of Now! I had a sample and will eventually purchase a bottle (bargain shopper here, big-time). These sound lovely, Veronica. Happy Fall! It's so close, nights getting cooler, days not as sweltering hot. It's my favorite time of year, weather-wise. ~Cynthia
A girl after my own heart, Ms. Veronica. I sleep with a window cracked most of the winter for fresh air and night music. It's amazing how the sounds fade away as winter comes on, but I have a Great Horned Owl hanging around and sounding off most mornings just before dawn. It's always a thrill to hear that, but I bet my chickens aren't as thrilled, LOL. They're safely locked inside, though.
@frontporchwigchat6260 beautiful! The sound of "outdoors" at night is the best sleep machine. We have barred owls 🦉 that visit our backyard occasionally and their hoot is magical. 🙏🙏🙏🥰🥰🥰
I love it. Used to hear a screech owl's weird undulating /trilling call, but not in awhile. I'll take them all, such a wonderful, natural sound. I'm on a hunt again for Girl of Now, now that you reminded me of how good it is! Have a great weekend!
Another nutty Trussardi that I highly recommend is Sound of Donna. It is a fruit & nut scent. Smells really good! I picked it up for only like $35 which is crazy because it smells like a beautiful niche fragrance, just different and unique enough but still very likeable.
Hey Veronica. so loving this range of videos. I have eaten roasted chestnuts in Italy when there is a special time for it. They were pretty much solid, not slimy lol. I quite enjoyed them. I am going to try Pegasus next time in store. I have discovered almond can go wrong very fast with me, leaving me nauseous with a headache. I had that with the Boucheron one, Almond Harmony, and some others. I always thought I loved almond as a note, but I don't think it works for me. I want to add a cheapie and a designer (-ish) to your list: Pistachio by Demeter, and Tom Ford's Noir Extreme Parfum (the gold bottle). NEP doesn't list any nuts as a note of even as an accord, but there is kulfi in it, and as an Indian I know kulfi usually has pistachio in it. There are other flavors as well, but I feel I can smell the pistachio one in this. To me TF is almost always niche quality and this one is no exception.
Hi there! 💖 They are slimy (kind of) fresh out of the shell. Once roasted, that moist aspect goes away. Slimy might be a dramatic adjective, to be fair. 🤣 I can understand how almond can go in the nauseating direction for some people. Thanks for adding your recommendations! 👍👍👍
I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT THIS IS HER DIDN’T WORK FOR YOU. THAT IS ACTUALLY THE 1ST. FRAGRANCE THAT DID INDEED LIVE UP TO THE HYPE. I LOVE IT AND CAN NOT WAIT TO START WEARING IT AGAIN! Hey Veronica, you are such an inspiration for all of us 🥰 you deliver every single time ❤️ Hands down, the best fragrance channel! P.s. I love nutty fragrances!!! 🐿️
Once again my favorite scent note! Madeleine is so darn unique I think the opening is what will throw others off but the dry down is amazing! What an interesting perfume! I don’t like chestnut 🌰 at all but the smell yes lol 😉 so many goodies in this lineup 🤗
Great video Veronica. I’m also a girl of now & shine lover too. Each has a backup so I never run out. 🙈😅 Not only do I love these perfumes on me but people around me do too. 🤗🤗🥰🥰
Hi Veronica! Another enjoyable video! The only one I own featured in your video is Lost Cherry. Yes, it’s expensive but I purchase at a discount and keep a back-up. It’s intoxicatingly beautiful and I love layering it with other fragrances! Years ago I was shopping in Ulta and almost purchased Armani Code Cashmere, but chose another fragrance. A fragrance I adored was Carol’s Daughter Almond Cookie EDT. That perfume has notes of sweet marzipan and almonds. In fact, the entire line of products is good and I need to get it back in my collection!! And yes, during the Christmas holidays my father always bought fruit and nuts because he said that’s all they had sometimes for Christmas and was glad to receive it. It brings tears to my eyes thinking about the days we broke out the nutcracker and ate fresh walnuts, pecans and almonds. Sweet memories!!🥲 - Ms. Charlette
Awww thank you, Charlette! What sweet holiday memories! 💖🥰 Lost Cherry is second to none. I just really love it. Almond Cookie sounds amazing! Where do you buy it?
I love Teo Cabanel Oh La La. It’s got a lovely hazelnut note along with (lots of) orris, sandalwood and tonka. Almond is a fav note of mine, and some of my fav almondy frags that you didn’t mention are Prada Infusion d’Amande (obsessed), Sora Dora Mandorle, Carner Barcelona Tardes, and Reminiscence Heliotrope (a cheapie). Amouage Sunshine Woman has a gorgeous almond note too and I think it works year round. I also really like Gucci Memoire d’une Odeur, but it’s super polarizing. 😊
Hi Veronica!!!!❤❤❤ The only fragrance I own out of your lineup today is Girl of Now. I can’t get enough of it! I’m interested, at some point, in trying This Is Her. I’m one of the weirdos that loves roasted, salted chestnuts. I used them one year in turkey stuffing…..delicious!🤤 I’m always so happy to see you!❤️🥰💕
I have an almond fragrance that I really love - it's a Middle Eastern Shaghaf Pour Femme Rasasi. I usually layer that with L'Occitane Almond shower oil to amp up the almond note. I've also got a scentbird travel size of DS and Durga Pistachio.
I agree if the like creamy sandalwood chestnut fragrances they should try This Is Her. One of my favs in this category 👍🏼 Yes! I remember the candy dish with the nuts and using the nutcracker 😂 good times!
The sandalwood part of This is Her is wonderful. Denise! I know you know about the round candy dishes with the different compartments. All aunties and grandmas in New York had them! 😄💖🥰
I love 'Say Yes' by Agonist Parfums. It projects really well and just feels so comforting. I'm new to your channel and really enjoying it :) For me, you describe scent in such an interesting and eloquent way
Veronica!! You have to try chestnuts roasted in the oven the way my nonna made them : cut a deep slit in the raw chestnut so it doesn't explode and then just roast on a cookie sheet for about 30-40 minutes at 300-350... then you open them up and they are like sweet potatoes but drier and nuttier. Not slimy at all... I've never had a skinny chestnut in my life. Hope you like them better this way❤️
Hi my favorite Gal....I MUST try Pegasus!!!!! For a real cheapy but a real nutty and good one....Sol De Janeiro #71. The #71 has a wonderfun nutty fragrance, hazelnut type of smell...a great video, Veronica. (btw, if you roast chestnuts in the oven, they aren't slimy but dry, through a pain to peel......more potato like, and very good. I don't like those ones in packages either but love roasted chestnuts)
Thank you my dear! The Sol de Janeiro is awesome. I did try roasting chestnuts and still wasn't crazy about the taste or texture, but I may try it again. 👍👍👍
I was just checking my email as I was listening to you and got a notification that my newest sample order is out for delivery, and Pegasus is one of the samples I’ll be getting… right when you were talking about Pegasus! 😮
@@VeronicaSays Okay girl!! Brace yourself!! Lol 😆 I sprayed Pegasus first out of all eight samples! (And Jousset African Queen on the other hand) Well… it was one of those scents that really surprised me and it took me a few minutes to get my bearings to figure out what I was smelling! It was very cold icy and metallic to me! And I was getting a lot of the lavender. After a while I did pick up some sweetness from the almond and vanilla but it was like it was sitting on a sheet of cold stainless steel. And it leaned way masculine to me, like I could only picture it on my husband. But I liked it! And I think I will like it on him! I had to check fragrantica to see if I was the only one so I typed “metallic” into the “find on page” search bar, and there were 44 results!! Okay but the most interesting part is that six hours later… I smelled my hand forgetting what was on it and I was sure it was This is Her!!! 😱😱😱 That must be that ✨nutty with sandalwood✨effect!! 🤓😃 Sorry for the long message but you know me!! 😅🤷🏻♀️
@tammyroxanne. Interesting! I could see how some might find that opening phase a bit cold and metallic, but I found that it warmed up nicely and played well. 🤷♀️ I guess it's a no for you! 😄 What did you think of African Queen?
@@VeronicaSays I actually thought African Queen might be similar because those two shared a lot of the same accords, but it was totally different! It’s one of those warm sweet sexy type of scents, I really liked it! I’m excited to smell Pegasus on my husband though! I do like it but not for myself if that makes sense lol
Hey V hope you’re well! I still really wanna smell that Maison Lancôme, such a shame it’s been discontinued, I love the thought of a toasted chestnut with vanilla, sounds so divine ❤
Oh, this is gonna be a good video! 😍 Trussardi's Apperitivo (has some similarities with Kenzo Amour but boozier) and Passeggiata are very nice. Love This is Her! ❤ Really enjoy Girl of Now on a cold winter day. Velvet Tonka was a bit of a surprise, but beautiful. The tobacco threw me off a little at first. I didn't realize I had that many nutty fragrances.
Great minds!! 🤯 I was commenting yesterday to friend just how wonderful Pegasus is. The bitter almond /heliotrope vibes makes it so cosy/yummy and reminds me of Hypnotic Poison. Deffo slightly feminine leaning. Pegasus Exclusif is fresher and more masculine imo. Where was our beloved Joop Le Bain on the list?!! 😅 Also, Rubinia by Bulgari gives a nutty powdery feel too I feel. This was great 🥜 thank you again!! 🙏 xx
Thank you so much! I haven't tried Pegasus Exclusif - glad I went with the OG. I know there's a nutty accord in Joop! Le Bain but it's not strong enough to put it on this list. I think of it more as a vanilla. Thanks for the Bvlgari recommendation! 👍👍👍
Hey girl!, I feel like John Snow watching this video. I know nothing of nutty fragrances! Firstly, thank you for the great descriptions in talking about these fragrances. I have only tried Pegasus, (love) Velvet Tonka, and Girl of Now. I don’t think I would be a chestnut fan in my perfume. Not appealing. I love TF Lost Cherry for the same reasons you do. Oh, I do like Iris Dragees quite a bit. Have you ever considered doing a video on Iris forward fragrances? I’m really enjoying them. I just got a decant of the new Shalimar Iris flanker. Very excited to try it. I usually lEnjoy Initio’s offerings but High Frequency was a disappointment for me. I wanted to ask you if you have ever tried Vanilla Crush or Cherry Hook. If so, would you mind sharing your thoughts with me? I miss Richmond so badly. I better learn to like Wilmington because there’s no turning back now! 😂❤
Hello John Snow! 😄🥰 Richmond misses you, I'm sure. I hope in time Wilmington comes to feel like home. I have not tried the two fragrances you mentioned. What brand are they? And yes, I have an iris video somewhere in my future. Do let me know your thoughts on the Iris Shalimar flanker - I am VERY interested!
I have 5 out of your nutty favorites, I’m not surprised because I’m crazy about hazelnut and other nutty scented fragrances, and open to new experiences. Thank you for covering this scent niche Veronica. Have you ever tried anything from Pantheon Roma? (Like: Dolce Passione or Trastevere?)
Hello, lovely Veronica! I am loving your silvery eyelids! Fragrancewise I do love nutty fragrances very much! From the ones you reviewed I have the Aperitivo, Kiss Me Intense and of course, the delicious Passeggiata. I also recommend L'Artisan Parfumeur Jour de Fête for almond an Bois de Farine for powdery peanuts.
You are welcome! I forgot, I also have Yum Pistachio and it has the be the most worn this spring for me and I also have the delicious Lost Cherry. You have great recommendations always! I also want to say, you always wear the same lipstick colours like me. I guess it means we have similar taste, lol.
Great choices, as always. Two of my favorite nutty fragrances are Guerlain L'Homme Ideal EDP (almond) and Armani Stronger With You Absolutely (chestnut). I think I'm getting hungry now!
My Granny used to have a nut bowl too 😊 We loved to crack and eat them❤ Love nutty fragrances and agree with you about roasted chestnuts…they’re pretty bad 😅
I love all the nutty fragrances! 💗💗🌰🥜 💗💗 I recently tried this is her, zadig and I love the Hazelnut smell. I heard it is limited edition and I am tempted to buy it just to keep smelling that hazelnut on paper.. so realistic. I my skin it loses the Hazelnut though. On trying chestnuts.. I didnt know once you open them you have to eat them or refrigerate them.. I had a scary incident. leaving them out for a few days, that slime grows into something ugly.. sheesh!🌰🥜
Hi Mercedes! 💖 I wonder if that's because chestnuts are so moist compared to other nuts? I didn't love the taste so much but the smell is great. I didn't know This is Her is limited edition. It seems to have been around for quite a while now.
@@VeronicaSays Yeah I think it must be moisture. I tried chestnuts in like a thanksgiving stuffing type dish and they are pretty good but as a snack, I dont know. This is Her ZADIG DREAM might be limited edition and new.. the lady at the counter told me that but she could have been trying to sell it or simply didnt know. I didnt research it. It smelled like a sweet hazelnut... very realistic. like nutella minus the cocoa.. thats why I was crazy about it ...to do something that realistic in perfume. I smelled the tester strip all day and it was so yummy.
I have Madeleine too and agree it’s kinda odd in the opening. Also still not sure if I love it but I also don’t dislike it. Still keeping and testing for now. This Is Her is probably in my top 5 for life, I was actually addicted to sniffing it there for awhile 😂 Nutty fragrances are probably my favorite scent category. 🥜 🌰 ❤️
On another note... I was watching a video by Surfy Gurly (Claire), on the new Shalimar Iris fragrance and went to the Canadian Guerlain webpage. I clicked on Shalimar and it wasn't there... But, wouldn't you know the next thing (minutes later) they send me a marketing email with a link to purchase it. Surprise! So, I don't know if that was happenstance but it was pretty surprising. I wonder if it's the dame in the US? If your interested in purchasing it.
I am interested in trying the Iris flanker! It's one I definitely want to test first since Shalimar OG is gorgeous but challenging. Did you end up getting it?
@@VeronicaSays I wad waffling and then caved into a blind buy... 🫣I got FOMO because I missed out on the prior two limited releases. It's supposed to arrive this week.
@@VeronicaSays I received Shalimar Millesime Iris last night last night and I am wearing it as my 'scent of the day' today. It opens with a light touch of bergamot, not over done and has a strong vanilla that made me think of my bottle of Baby Cat. It has a sweetness and a powdery quality but it isn't overdone. I get a touch of musky earthiness but it isn't animalic. It gives a nice, close in scent bubble. I do find if I put my nose right to my skin a chemical in it could be on the edge of bothering me. I won't be sticking my nose to my skin while wearing it. It's really pretty. Very much a vanilla scent over iris which is more subtle in the fragrance. I don't regret my purchase. It's going to be a great Fall scent. 💛
@@Jenn_N sounds lovely overall! You have me intrigued. I'm hoping to sample instead of blind buying, but don't hold me to that! 😂 Thanks so much for remembering to circle back and share with me! 🫶🫶🫶
@@VeronicaSays I do! That makes it a bit unusual 🙃 it reminds me the sensation I’d get from walnut gelato (used to get it in my teens, not a common flavor they had it where I lived back then!) 😘
This is Her made it through my declutter, (I’m currently working on the second half of my collection) I used to dislike it but I’ve grown to really like it!! 🥰 Code Cashmere had to go because it was a little too sweet for me but it’s beautiful for sure! 💜
I enjoyed this video, although I don’t think nutty fragrances are my jam (...butter?). But that last one went out on a high note. I haven’t tried the real thing (I cannot afford TF), and I actually don’t care for anything “cherry”, in general. But a few months ago I picked up Julianna’s Perfumes 20 scent sampler, and in that was Mon Chéri (the Lost Cherry dupe). Never thought I’d even try it, but we had a chilly and rainy July way up here in New Hampshire - and on such a day, I tried it on a whim. 😍I was shocked that I loved it! Even my little boy (7) said “oooh Mummy, I *love* this - it smells so smokey, just like camp”. And I agree - it is sweet and smokey - like a faint outside campfire. I plan on buying a full sized Julianna’s bottle, and have already purchased the Maison Alahambra bottle (BTW, this one has a pronounced cherry note that seems to stay!)... Maybe you could do a video dedicated to “smokey” smells?!
Hi Katie! 💖 Julianna's Perfumes makes great dupes. Lost Cherry is a must for cherry lovers, and there are several dupes that really work. Glad you found one! Tom Ford prices are rather high. Yikes! I don't have a lot of smokey fragrances... hmmm... I'll have to give that some thought. 😉😉😉
I don't think so, but they it depends. They are in the same family. It's been a while since I sniffed Velvet Tonka so I really can't say. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
Hello Veronica, I just watched this video. Is Aperitivo Milanese Porta Nuova Trussardi close to iris after dry down or close to almond? Or are these two together? I want to buy it but I have to order on website so it will be blind buy. I want to ask to you
Well, I'm very hungry for marzipan, now. ;D ... I love it, in anything! Also, chestnut puree as done in French Bistro restaurants ... absolutely delicious. I enjoy roasted chestnuts, too. We used to literally roast them over an open fire (in the fireplace.) at X-mas time. // Keiko Mecheri Loukhoum is one of my favorite almond scents. As is Jour de Fete by L'Artisan & . Of course, Hypnotic Poison. Also enjoy MJ Perfect EDP, and Montale Sweet Oriental Dream. Think I would love Jasmins Marzipane: have never tried anything from Maison Lancome.
@@VeronicaSays okay Vanessa, question for you, Celine Black tie, are you familiar with this fragrance and if so would you say it is anyway similar to YSL Tuxedo? How does it compare in your opinion?
I love This is Her. I first came across it at a perfume store in Andorra. I had never smelled anything like it before so I ended up buying 2 bottles. No regrets 😅

I have Passeggiata… from Trussardi and I absolutely love the opening with hazelnut and coffee! Such a cosy scent! ❤
Have you tried soie maliquis? I need to get my nose on it but there’s a hazelnut note I think. Anna said she’s loves it
Hi Sheleda, I have not had the opportunity to try that one.

Oh I love it! What memories, right?! 🫶🫶🫶
Hey Veronica, you are such an inspiration for all of us 🥰 you deliver every single time ❤️ Hands down, the best fragrance channel!
P.s. I love nutty fragrances!!! 🐿️
Awwww hi Sanne! You are so sweet! 💖🥰🙏 Thank you. I love nutty fragrances too!
Once again my favorite scent note! Madeleine is so darn unique I think the opening is what will throw others off but the dry down is amazing! What an interesting perfume! I don’t like chestnut 🌰 at all but the smell yes lol 😉 so many goodies in this lineup 🤗
Yes, Madeleine is unique. I had to hold on past that immediate opening. How bizarre! 🤔 The texture of chestnuts is a bit off-putting, right?
Hey twin! I am a nut therefore I love my nutty fragrances 🥜🌰 GON is an absolute obsession of mine ❤❤
I'm nutty toooooo! 💖🥰 GON is a special one. 👍
I agree ❤ I love Elie Saab girl of Now. Its still does it for me.
Yesss! She deserves a lot of attention! 💖🥰🫶
Hey lovely!! How did I miss Nuttiness 😅 . Watching with my morning coffee before work 😉
I’m loving the wavy hair ❤
Hiiii Marcy! 💖🥰💖🥰 Thank you! I'm having my coffee now and catching up on videos also!
You're mentioned twice in the video I'm posting today (i.e., blamed for my purchases) 😁😁😁
I’m here for this lovely lady I absolutely love your content!! I love nutty gourmand fragrance
Awwww thank you, Jen! You are so sweet! 🫶💖🥰
Mmmmmm I can’t wait to watch and add to my wish list! I love nutty scents.
I love Girl of Now. I find that if you spray it twice, it’s perfect.
I love this category also! Girl of Now is divine. 💯🥳💖
Great video Veronica. I’m also a girl of now & shine lover too. Each has a backup so I never run out. 🙈😅 Not only do I love these perfumes on me but people around me do too. 🤗🤗🥰🥰
Hi Barbara! 💖 Thank you! Yes, Elie Saab's team did NOT miss with these beauties!
Hi Meghan! 💖 Oh La La is a lovely one and on my wishlist. Thank you for sharing some of your other beauties! Hubby has Mandorle on his shelf. 🫶🥰
Hi Veronica!!!!❤❤❤
The only fragrance I own out of your lineup today is Girl of Now. I can’t get enough of it! I’m interested, at some point, in trying This Is Her.
I’m one of the weirdos that loves roasted, salted chestnuts. I used them one year in turkey stuffing…..delicious!🤤
I’m always so happy to see you!❤️🥰💕
Hi Leah! 💖 You are so sweet, thank you so much! This is Her is worth a sniff. Interesting fragrance! Chestnuts in stuffing sounds great!
La petite robe noire Eau fraîche would be my addition to your list! 😻 Pistachios 💚
Hi Julie! 💖 Never tried it. Thanks for adding it in. 🫶🥰
I have an almond fragrance that I really love - it's a Middle Eastern Shaghaf Pour Femme Rasasi. I usually layer that with L'Occitane Almond shower oil to amp up the almond note. I've also got a scentbird travel size of DS and Durga Pistachio.
Hi there! 💖 I've heard great reviews of that fragrance. And love L'Occitane almond products. 👍👍👍
People can say what they want about TF lost cherry but it will always be the one 👏🏽
🎤 🎤 🎤 Periodt! 💯
Ellie Saab girl of now is still bae for me! Love it!
Yesss! She's still so good! 🥰💖
I love 'Say Yes' by Agonist Parfums. It projects really well and just feels so comforting.
I'm new to your channel and really enjoying it :) For me, you describe scent in such an interesting and eloquent way
Thank you soooo much! Welcome to the channel, and thanks for adding Say Yes to the lineup! 💖💖💖
Another great video! I picked up Shunkoin after your last video and received it today. Jomashop for the win!
Thank you, Lisa! 💖 Yes, Jomashop for the WIN! It's now sold out!
@@VeronicaSays so glad I jumped on it!
Hope you like them better this way❤️
Hi Nancy! 🥰 Okay - you've convinced me to try them again! I did roast them but will try doing the deep slit deal. Thank you! 🙏🙏🙏
Hey Veronica 🙋🏾♀️ let's see what made the list
Thank you for watching, Latonya! 💖
Awesome lineup Vee! Another great chestnut scent is Noir Exquis by L’artisan Parfumer
Thank you, friend! 🥰💖 Yes, I've heard it's wonderful!
Trussardi Pure Jasmine - a wonderful combination of pistachio and vanilla, you must try it ❤
Thank you for adding this one, Nikolina! 💖💖💖
Thanks for the recommendations. So pretty
Thank you and thanks for watching! 🥰🥰🥰💖💖💖
I was just checking my email as I was listening to you and got a notification that my newest sample order is out for delivery, and Pegasus is one of the samples I’ll be getting… right when you were talking about Pegasus! 😮
Serendipity! 😯 Now I have to know what you think of it! 😉😉😉
@@tammyroxanne. of course it makes sense!
How have I not tried Pegasus yet???? I’m getting a sample now. Sounds so good ❤
Hey Jackie! 🥰 You might enjoy it. It's a soft silky powdery almond.
Mine: SJP Stash, Angel Muse, AG TUN, JS Fancy, Clinique Cookies & Kisses, Mix Bar Whipped Almond.
Hi Tiffany! 💖 Great list! I need to wear Stash again soon. So unique!
@@VeronicaSays It’s coming out of storage this weekend so I can appreciate that cool weather beauty.
Hey V hope you’re well! I still really wanna smell that Maison Lancôme, such a shame it’s been discontinued, I love the thought of a toasted chestnut with vanilla, sounds so divine ❤
Hi beautiful! 💖 So great to see you! Yes, Maison Lancome did not disappoint! 👍👍👍
Oooh, I love this lineup of fall fragrances ♥️🍁🍂🥰
Hi Danit! 💖 Yes, fall and winter gourmands are a fun category 🥰
This is Her is worth checking out.
It definitely is! 💖🥰
Agree 💯 about Pegasus! It's lovely ❤ I might have to try Madeleine 😊
Hi Margo! 💖 Pegasus really surprised me in a good way! Lovely.
Oh, this is gonna be a good video! 😍
Trussardi's Apperitivo (has some similarities with Kenzo Amour but boozier) and Passeggiata are very nice.
Love This is Her! ❤ Really enjoy Girl of Now on a cold winter day. Velvet Tonka was a bit of a surprise, but beautiful. The tobacco threw me off a little at first.
I didn't realize I had that many nutty fragrances.
Hey Cat! 🥰 Yes, looks like you're a fan! I missed out on Velvet Tonka being about $114 on Jomashop recently. Shucks!
@@VeronicaSays Better price than what I paid. At least, I didn't pay full price... Maybe you'll catch it next time! 😄
I keep eyeing Feve Tonka. Let me put on my list. 😂
Hi LuuLuu! 💖 That one is a silent powerhouse!
Love this ! Just was looking nutty fragrances up
Glad you found this video! 💖🥰
one of the best on UA-cam
Awww 🥰🥰🥰 Thank you so much! 💖💖💖
I love Aperativo. One of my favorites
It's wonderful! 💖🎊
Lovely review and i love zadig and Voltaire
Hi Brigitte! 💖 Thank you! I can see why people love This is Her.
Both fragrances are from a house called Gleam. Cherry Hook has a chili pepper note that I’m quite intrigued by.
Perfect timing for this video - starting to get cool and the right time of year for a nice nutty fragrance!!! 🌰 🥜
It certainly is! Time to get the cozy fragrances out! 🥜 🍂 🥮 🥰
My time-of-the-year fragrances Fall/Winter
Hi Bree! 💖 Yes! Love fall and winter scents! 🥰🥰🥰
Hi Karolina! 💖 No, I have not tried any from Pantheon. Good for you for being open minded! 🥰🥰🥰
I might finally go ahead and get Girl of Now. Its been on my list to try for a long time and sounds so nice.
I hope you enjoy it! It never disappoints me. Sweet, round, feminine, and cozy. 👍👍👍
i never comment but i wanted to for the first time today. love ur channel girl!!!
How sweet!! 💖🥰💖🥰 Thank you so much!!
Thank you kindly for the compliment! 🥰💖 You have some lovely ones. Appreciate the recommendations!
You are welcome! I forgot, I also have Yum Pistachio and it has the be the most worn this spring for me and I also have the delicious Lost Cherry. You have great recommendations always! I also want to say, you always wear the same lipstick colours like me. I guess it means we have similar taste, lol.

VERONICAAAAAAA!!!! LOL!! I'M HERE!😂❤
Hiiiii Clinique!!! 💖💖💖
Passeggiata In Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II Trussardi and Hermtica sandalsun are both hazelnut/nutella heavy scents
Hi there! 💖 I have both - really lovely!
Great choices, as always. Two of my favorite nutty fragrances are Guerlain L'Homme Ideal EDP (almond) and Armani Stronger With You Absolutely (chestnut). I think I'm getting hungry now!
Hi Rudy! 💖 Yes! These videos make us all hungry 🤣
My Granny used to have a nut bowl too 😊
We loved to crack and eat them❤
Love nutty fragrances and agree with you about roasted chestnuts…they’re pretty bad 😅
Hi J! 💖 Such great memories of that candy and nut bowl! Glad I'm not alone on the chestnut thing. I was surprised! 🤣
Great choices!! I love Aperitivo Milanese! Passegiata is on my list - I don’t own it yet.
Hi Linda! 💖 Thank you! That whole Trussardi line is fun to try!
I love the TF Cherry Smoke. It's a date night scent but a ❤
Hi Janice! 💖 Hope to try that one this fall. 👍👍👍
I love all the nutty fragrances! 💗💗🌰🥜 💗💗
I recently tried this is her, zadig and I love the Hazelnut smell.
Almond Harmony from THOO is on my must-try list.
I've only seen good reviews but I couldn't resist adding it to the "to try" list!
I have Madeleine too and agree it’s kinda odd in the opening. Also still not sure if I love it but I also don’t dislike it. Still keeping and testing for now.
This Is Her is probably in my top 5 for life, I was actually addicted to sniffing it there for awhile 😂
Nutty fragrances are probably my favorite scent category. 🥜 🌰 ❤️
Hi Kat! 💖 Yes, nutty fragrances are rather easy reach for me. Madeleine is one I will continue to test out also. So far it's a solid "like." 👍👍👍
On another note...
Ooooh! Hope you love it! Let me know if you can! I'm so curious. 🥰
Hi Veronica ❤ let’s see if Organza (walnut based) appears 😊
Hi! Thanks for adding Organza. I can't say I pick up much Walnut in Organza, although I know it's a note. 👍👍👍
@@VeronicaSays I do! That makes it a bit unusual 🙃 it reminds me the sensation I’d get from walnut gelato (used to get it in my teens, not a common flavor they had it where I lived back then!) 😘
@@perfeptions where did you live at that time?
@@VeronicaSays Italy, you know gelato is a big thing in Italy 😅
This is Her made it through my declutter, (I’m currently working on the second half of my collection) I used to dislike it but I’ve grown to really like it!! 🥰 Code Cashmere had to go because it was a little too sweet for me but it’s beautiful for sure! 💜
Hey Tammy! 🥰 I know, I saw poor Code Cashmere get booted off of the show. 🤣 Maybe I'll retry Girl of Now someday!

Girl of Now is in my top 5 for life…..
Oh wow! I can understand why! Really lovely! 💖💖💖
Chocolate, Coffee, Caramel....oh my!
Yes! 🫶🫶🫶💖💖💖

Hi I have Bdk velvet tonka , I have heard it smells similar to bucheron feve tonka would you say this would be redundant to have?
I don't think so, but they it depends. They are in the same family. It's been a while since I sniffed Velvet Tonka so I really can't say. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
Hello Veronica, I just watched this video. Is Aperitivo Milanese Porta Nuova Trussardi close to iris after dry down or close to almond? Or are these two together? I want to buy it but I have to order on website so it will be blind buy. I want to ask to you
Hhmmmm... I would say they are together in the dry down with the almond slightly ahead. 👍👍👍
Oh my god I need to try the boucheron fragrances. Every time some one talks about them I keep on saying I need to try.
Hi Adrienna! 💖 That whole line is delightful!
🥰🥰🥰 I get hungry just thinking about making these videos! 😄 Thanks for sharing some of your top selections. Would love to try chestnut puree!
