    Here's how to perform a proper linear hurdle jump:
    Set up the Hurdle: Begin by setting up a hurdle at an appropriate height and distance. Start with a height that challenges you but still allows for proper form and technique. Place the hurdle directly in your path, aligned with your desired linear direction.
    Starting Position: Stand behind the hurdle with your feet hip-width apart, facing forward. Keep your arms relaxed by your sides or slightly bent at the elbows for balance.
    Preparation: Bend your knees slightly, engage your core muscles, and maintain an athletic stance with your weight evenly distributed between both feet.
    Jump: Explosively push off the ground with both feet, propelling your body forward and upward. Aim to clear the hurdle with proper technique while maintaining a controlled and balanced position.
    Clear the Hurdle: While in mid-air, bring your knees up towards your chest, lifting your legs over the hurdle. Simultaneously, swing your arms upward to help generate momentum and maintain balance.
    Land: As you descend, prepare to land softly on the balls of your feet. Aim to land with control and stability on the ground on the other side of the hurdle. Maintain proper posture and balance upon landing.
    Reset Position: After landing, quickly reset your position by taking a few steps or hopping back to the starting side of the hurdle. Prepare for the next jump.
    Repeat: Perform linear hurdle jumps for the desired number of repetitions or within a specific time frame. Aim to maintain a consistent rhythm and technique throughout the exercise.
