Please add new effect: include or exclude scattered object via spline. (along spline; inside , outside area closed spline) projected to surface.

Hi I haven't found a way yet to create the proxies before scatter an high detailed asset in a huge scene. This means that if you have a huge scene where you want to scatter something, before you have to scatter for the first time your asset, and only after you have the chance to switch to proxies mode. Is there any way to set proxy before scatter a new assets in order to view directly the low poly element instead of doing that afterwards? My pc crashes before having the chance to switch to proxy, even if it is a powerful workstation. thank you 🙏

You can simply enable "Enable Proxy on New System" in the Addon Preferences.
This will scatter your System with Proxy mode enabled.
You can also scatter using your own Preset, for example, a WeightMask Preset, without a Mask spawns 0 initial plants.
You can Scatter Selected using this Preset, and then simply click the Paint button on the Weight Mask effect that is automatically added, to begin painting plants onto your terrain.

You can simply Edit the material of the Asset you scattered.
They are grouped into a collection with the Systems name, in the GScatter -> Sources collection.
Simply select the object in the outliner and hop into the shader graph and set it up accordingly
