Any suggestion for a prototyping software for Windows?
Adobe XD. It's still in Beta, but if you don't want to wait, use Photoshop + InVision and you're good to go.
Preferably a non-Adobe option.
A quick googling found me something called MockPlus. I gave it a quick check, and looks pretty decent. Might be worth looking into :)

just a tip when using tools, make sure they are cross platform, I honestly have no idea why any programmer would not his tools cross-platform in this day in age, but yeah.
Btw they should be doing this for android not iOS, since it's google not apple

I AGREE in 100% ... the best device for prototyping and video editing is Apple Macbook Pro :) just use and create google apps on Apple devices :)
Can I do prototyping with sketch in iPad?
I dont think people who care so much about the Google or IOS are real designers. It is what product you are designing matters rather than what tools you use matter, even the tools are in different guidelines. Just like the video shows, you can even use paper and sketch to design your digital apps. Otherwise, you can only use digital things to design digital things during whole design process?

geez all of them promoting the overhyped apple products, google made android for pete's sake, and they cant show software that doesn't use apple or ios?

Why are they promoting Apple here? I don't see Pixels and Chromebooks anywhere. Google staff are using iOS, macOS to show tutorials. Seems like even Google doesn't have faith in Android and ChromeOS
