May i know how u store the bag? I bought it March this year and the canvas somehow ‘crumple’. Not actually crumple i just dont know how to explain it but i see this happens on otg but didnt expect this early considering i only use it once in a while 😢
I actually just store it inside my bag closet with door glass (no direct sun but with day light in the room). I never keep my handbags inside the storage bag because it needs to “breathe” and to avoid potential molds! Hope this helps! Try bringing your OTG at LV or even contact the repair service, they might be able to assist you with the situation. Keep me posted ☺️

Hey 👋🏼 thanks for watching ☺️ Actually mine doesn’t have a physical serial number anymore because it’s the electronic one. LV started putting the electronic serial number starting Spring 2022 to most of their handbags. So no way to check it out except if you ask at the store and if they want to let you know too. Hope this helps ☺️
I will not say heavy but it does weigh quite a bit even without things inside. But it’s lighter that a Dior Tote bag or a LV leather tote bag as this is in Canvas. Hope this helps ☺️

You may scan it with the NFC Tools app downloaded to your phone. You just need to research where it's located for your LV model. Hope it helps.
Does it has some smell? I had one in MM size I bought it last year in LV store in Brookfield NY.
