I stopped listening to this kind of stuff years ago in a time when I was both mentally and physically very strong. I don't care how strong you are, some things can happen that WILL break you. After that, I couldn't stand this type of material. I programmed my subconscious with negative messaging for over a decade and life went off the rails. I've lost weight, quit drinking and made my life better a couple of years ago. Today is the first day I've been able to listen to this type of material. The time to reprogram is NOW!

I'm a beast when covid 19 hit my job I lost everything a year later I bounced back up a few months later I was diagnosed with degenital disc disease in my hip bone against bone 2 years now I go to work every day in major pain till October 2024 I go have surgery I will not stop grinding after my surgery after my physical therapy the beast is grinding again I watch this video every morning I get up pray then watch this video then start my day grinding let's get it

I turned 40, had damaged my back the previous year. I hated my job, had problems in my relationship, money problems, constantly doom scrolling, taking medication for the first time for my back, contemplated suicide.... I got fed up and made art and went to the gym, decided to use my degree and apply for a masters in clinical art psychotherapy and help other men facing serious problems...Im in my first year and had a major panic attack thinking I was out of my depth, I'm a year in and getting stronger mentally and physically..there is a worthwhile light at every tunnel, a door to something different.... Use your mind, be creative, get healthy and succeed in something worthwhile and make your mark in this world to make it better
