Having the strength to reach out to a mentor for help, admitting my mistakes to myself, and committing to change is going to propel me to a new level spiritually, professional and physically. I went to the gym for six months and drank no alcohol. I was doing well. But small sighs of depression sank in. For two weeks I was down. But I turned the corner very quickly. But as I was doing so, 2 female managers at work questioned my integrity. They sensed I might have been vulnerable and tried to strike and keep me down. This video gave me the strength to meal prep, shower and head off to the gym in the gusty wind and rain at 7am. Stay strong

What if you don’t know what direction to go in? 43 year old single mom with two kids (one chronic illness). I have only focused on helping my kids be okay in this world bc their hardships they face and so now that their relatively doing good (daughter has behavior issues and son has severe social anxiety). I have no direction in life now and I can’t financially support anyone because I don’t have a degree and my kids dad was never in their lives. Almost did but couldn’t finish school bc son got sick. Anyways I am so lost right now and work a crap job. I KNOW I am capable of so much more bc I made it through my life this far. I don’t know how to find direction for what to do or what I want or even should do. Any responses and ideas or personal experiences are absolutely more than welcome

What if you don’t know what direction to go in? 43 year old single mom with two kids (one chronic illness). I have only focused on helping my kids be okay in this world bc their hardships they face and so now that their relatively doing good (daughter has behavior issues and son has severe social anxiety). I have no direction in life now and I can’t financially support anyone because I don’t have a degree and my kids dad was never in their lives. Almost did but couldn’t finish school bc son got sick. Anyways I am so lost right now and work a crap job. I KNOW I am capable of so much more bc I made it through my life this far. I don’t know how to find direction for what to do or what I want or even should do. Any responses and ideas or personal experiences are absolutely more than welcome
Hey Jessica, I think you should take it day by day. Step by step. Slow movements forward will prevent you from getting overwhelmed but it will also add up in the long run. Keep going, we've got your back and thank you for watching our videos.
