- Ingredients
Sweet Corn (frozen /fresh)-3tbsp
Carrot -2tbsp
Beans-1tbsp
Water-3cup
Pepper powder-
Vinegar-1tbsp
Sugar-one pinch
Salt-
Corn flour -1tbsp
+
1/2 cup water
Method
Finely chop vegetables ..
Grind sweet corn into the paste ..
In a saucepan add all these along with 1 tbsp sweet corn , water (3cups) ..
Mix well, close the pan and cook for 10 minutes in low to medium flame ..
Then open and add salt, pepper powder, vinegar and sugar ..mix well.
Then mix corn flour into 1/2 of water ..
Mix well.. Pour this cornstarch mix 4tbsp into the soup and mix well..
Cook for 2 minutes or until u get a nice consistency (the raw smell of the cornstarch should be gone ..)
So adjust the taste according to ur preferences ..
Garnish with spring onion greens ..
So the tasty and easy homemade sweet corn vegetable soup is ready to serve ..
Serve warm ..

Veena's Curryworld I have tried most of your recipes chechi in these 3 months and my husband is very happy. It's rightly said " the way to a man's heart is through his stomach". Thank you chechi for all the small tips n wonderful recipes you come up with. Am also from trissur so cooking style is the same, every dish reminds me of my mom n amummas food; same taste aanu.. lipsmackin I must say. If I have to choose one fav dish it's difficult. Starting from upma to mushroom peralan and Kerala pepper chicken to mutta roast and now sweet corn soup and kesari bhath I have tried it all.. you are amazing chechi and I love to see the love with which you and chettan have brought up kids.
