Happy New Year! Please enjoy this New Year video message to all of you.
I want to encourage you, as we begin this year, to open yourself to the power of grace in your life, because this is going to be a chaotic year. I send you all blessings and my gratitude for being part of CMED all this time and enjoying my archetype videos. I am looking forward to teaching this year. And remember, prayer is power. I just want to begin the year with that incredible mystical truth.

I had the same feeling about going on medication for high cholesterol. I didn't even get as far as getting a prescription. The doctor said you should be on medication for this, but a voice in my head said, " No, you shouldn't." I told the doctor I wanted to try changing my diet first. ( and doing some research. ) I was able to get it down to a level they considered acceptable with diet and exercise, but it took 12 months. It has crept back up again a bit but stayed at the same level for 3 years. I'm not convinced it's a one size fits all with cholesterol.

Try using niacin (b3 vitamin, the flushing kind). It raises HDL and lowers LDL, and if you want to know more there is a book on Niacin by an orthomolecular medicine Dr. Just google this. Good luck!
no carbs for awhile, my a1c was 5.1, it is also bad with insulin because its too much stuffing, i think, type 1 got reversed with pure protien i heard
Dr Berry look at his videos on the big cholesterol lie .Dr Berry helped heal me
Same with high bp recently, cardio Dr basically didn't want to know me when I said I'd do it without pharmaceuticals. Needless to say, bp is now fine 😊
Grace has made me cry happy tears many times during my spiritual practices last year. This year I'm practicing peace.

Grace is not easy to come by, Caroline. I've experienced a very bad situation that required grace, on my part because a wrong health decision was performed on me. I had to get extra help and feel forgiveness toward the person who caused it. This required great faith and strength through an extremely painful time. Thank you, you are always on time, a vessel to teach us. ❤️🌹

Caroline you Are my best person, THE ONE I ADMIRE MOST IN THIS WORLD, OF ALL PEOPLE EVER BORN, besides Jesus of course. You have given so MUCH TO THIS WORLD, SO GENUINE, TRUE, HONEST, HIGH CONCIOUS. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU HAVE GIVEN US. There are other great writers, but the gift you have given to humanity is so great, it is amazing gift for all people of all ages. Thank you for your loving, true heart. I love to hear everything from you. I had a teacher once, she passed away long ego, the only one who has reached 7 chackra in 7 years, enlightenment. With out previous knowledge, but she had a pure heart. Her spiritual name is SOLOMAE SANANDA, married to Clyde stoycof, had 2 boys. Her spiritual journey was so intense, (I had the pleasure to witness part of her journey)
her kids did not follow her path, to print more of her amazing books that describe her incredible spiritual intense journey.
The reptiles analogy is excellent! It reminds me of how I finally broke free of my depression by thinking of it as a demon whispering in my ear.

Everything you said about the feeling of dullness we've been experiencing around the holidays is shared (and I thought it was just me, LOL)! I feel so much better now, thank you for the spiritual adjustment.

Caroline, few years ago I had a dream at night. In my dream I was reciting a poem. When I woke up I was saying it loud the lasts words of the poem . I quickly wrote it down not to forget. It said : “There are millions of torches in the world. There is a torch for each person. You take care of your own torch .”So each time I find myself in the dark, I remember that I have my own torch . The light of the torch despite whatever happens in the world will always stay lit . It also remind me of Jesus Christ words when he said, “You are the light of the world.” Happy new year dear Caroline and thank you for your wisdom and for sharing your light with us.

Yes. I refuse medication for autoimmune sjogren’s , for arthritis, a rod in my neck in 1998 for broken C 7, medication for osteo. I will be a healthy 80, the lord willing, in June. I meditate, do yoga, walk, a tiny bit of weights. Looking into roller skating. I do take hormone replacement and when I stopped my arthritis came back. I will never stop again. Been on HRT since I was 42. Bless you. Thank you. 🩷
It has been so beautiful to head this, Caroline. It seems that even some of our spiritual teachers are dividing into "camps" and showing their bias, but you express things differently. Thank you so much for everything, and may 2024 be an amazing and wonderful year for you and for all of us.

For the first time in years my Christmas was filled with love and joy. I dedicated the season and everything I did towards the fulfillment of Christ’s light to my deceased parents. I even enrolled my sisters to do the same and we all connected in a powerful way.

Medical Medium (Anthony Williams) is the natural path to take for arthritic pain Caroline. I have less than a handful of complete truth tellers on my roster. You are one of them and so is he. The food protocol he encourages will take longer than a pill but it will heal your inflammation 10 - fold! And meanwhile all other little health issues get cleared up along the way - I can only share this from experience. 🌸
On this day last year i started his protocol. I feel brand new. But everyone asks me what I've been doing too but no one else has tried it lol. For arthritis I have to say it has to work because you have zero inflammation. Zero. Pain free. It's wonderful but it's also a pain in the ass hahahaha. Just give it time and it gets a flow. I found you can stray a bit rather than starve lol and all is well too. Still better than nothing ;)

@@craftygirlmaria566 good to see that your putting your toes into the water and testing it out. I understand there is a lot of random information out there and it's difficult to trust who knows what, and what is real. The reason I began to personally trust this protocol is because I had noticed within two days of using it, that I was feeling just a little bit better. Afterwards I read into his background information more substantially. The author of these books, takes no personal credit. He allows himself to be guided as a writer through his spiritual connection the source energy. Therefore having an understanding of how this guidance works, I knew wholeheartedly I could trust the path I was on. And thankfully I am now free of chronic illness. If you are a follower of Caroline Myss, she too, you will know, uses that same guidance to tell you what is wrong with you. My suggestion to you, is to follow the actual protocol of his for 3 months without bending the rules, and allow yourself the opportunity to heal, and continue to heal, beyond that 3 month period.
Thank you, Caroline, for all that you do to teach and help us heal. This message was so filled with expansive wisdom that really resonated for me. The example you gave about the impersonal nature of archetypal behavior opened up a much deeper level of understanding.

Thanks! Very divine & real. Evoked CS Lewis, "The Problem of Pain," earth as a neutral even playing field. No favorites. Even Jesus refused to jump off a roof (or rock? Something tall) as a chosen one the angels would rescue. They sure did not rescue him. Nor did Socrates bust out of jail & flee, nor Boethius, nor did MLK Jr, Gandhi & Padre Pio expect special divine freedom from pain, disease, people's natural meanness, & death.

As for your medication experience - I had a similar experience about the covid vax to the disapproval of family and society. That built my intuition muscle! Aloha from Hawi, Hawaii
I just fought a reptile in my spirit . I started therapy. Spiritual classes and meditation. I was able to lift our if it. I was not sleeping . Work was hard etc. psychics felt terrible. By God's grace I was able to level up spiritually . Can relate to this video .
In terms of DISCERNMENT (wisdom) it is bestowed on one as a gift from God. True discernment starts with prayer. Just like Solomon requested wisdom, the believer should ask the Spirit (Holy) for guidance and discernment. God smiles on those who ask for it. “The Lord looks down from heaven on the children of man, awaiting on those who seek after God” (Psalm 14:2).
I totally agree about prayer being very powerful, especially to heal the pray-er for sure. I have prayed for faith healing, and i mean the healing of my faith. I told my family that the New Year should be about entertaining joy when you are in the presence of it because many feel of us were raised to be undeserving of it. We need more joy and harmony and to truly be present in it like the birth of a child or celebrating an event. Or just the first snowfall. Be present in joy. We entertain all our other emotions and forget joy.
