What is the difference between AWP Phobos and AWP Phobos StatTrak? I was going to buy this skin, but I saw two different models, with different prices and I don't know what the characteristics of each one are. Would someone be so kind as to explain it to me?

Skins with StatTrak show you how many kills you have on that particular weapon that's why the price is higher of statrak skins :)
