Cx40 has a passive preamp. do you think , change to active preamp is better.

Where is the Difference between C40 and CX Models? The integrated Pre Amp?

Many C40/CX40 have the buzz problem (here can be heard at 0:30). My C40 has buzz on few frets, not fixable considering the price (only very high action but then it is not very playable). The deck/bridge is also buzzy adding unpleasant resonances when playing amplified. These are not suitable for pickups unless you play very soft and precise, not for emotional pieces.

What’s the difference between cx40 and cx40 mark ii .?

If I understand correctly the mk 2 is made out of different wood, because the mk 1 used wood which is more expensive and endangered(?). The mk 2 also gets its wood from nearby of where the assembly occurs, which explains the low price.
