All this is useful for those patients who can assist. I am yet to see a video showing how to move a patient who is non verbal and cannot assist in anyway whatsoever. A dementia patient cannot assist and may even try to hit the care giver. How do you move such a patient?
💜🙏💪👍 blessings to everyone, if you haven't yet repented and accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, please do so before it's too late, it's not God's will for none to perish Acts 2 vs 38 John 3 vs 16 Romans 10 vs 13
I’m having some health issues with my joints, but we had a family trip planned for New York City. This ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxuxJwamLFanm476LC5WPeTouyyU1GXomC was perfect! It’s lightweight enough that my friend could carry it up or down stairs when we needed to. (I can walk very short distances) It was comfortable for me to sit in, I would say if you’re super tall it might be a little cramped. I’m 5’1” and the foot rests were the perfect height. This may not be the best one for long term use, you get what you pay for, but for something that fits our budget that gives me accessibility while we deal with my health this was amazing.
The latest version 2023, hold the patients pants rather then under armpit...this way you can better lift patients better and avoid backaches for the caregiver.
Huge thanks. Taking care of my sick sister.
Try using a transfer-board, it makes it much easy.
Thank you for this educational video ❤️

What is missing in the picture is, not using gaitbelt and nonskid sucks or shoes.
Then provide the gait belt.

Do you have wheelchair to car seat transfer?
What if the body is stiff?
Oh my Lord! I see SO many mistakes in this video.
This is how things were done in the 1980's! !!!
Absolutely l agree with you. So many mistakes there
❤
Great video but I would like to see the transfer of someone weighing 170 lbs.
I'm looking for a job please help me job
How do you transfer a patient who can not move he has CP
I can get in my wheelchair without help
Care assistance job please help me job
Hi how are you
Fine
That is not the correct transfer of Patient from bed to wheelchair, the caregiver is having any fracture pain at her back.
What is the write why ?
Mind showing or having directions on how to transfer
Absolutely not!!! This will kill your back.
Then what is the right way
This is the eight way actually
a bad pratice ,this would wreck the assistant back all the time
If you think this wrong what is right
