- Since the Supreme Court five-judge bench struck down the Centre's Electoral Bonds Scheme as unconstitutional, the bench has had to assemble multiple times to ensure compliance with its February 15, 2024 judgment. Several applications were filed before the top court during this time and multiple pertinent questions were raised by the bench before strict orders were issued to the State Bank of India and the Election Commission of India to ensure that the order was complied with. Now all the donations would be in cash and where will be accountability and how will the people come to know about the donations. I don't think unless some alternative is suggested, this judgement needs to be welcomed.

Code will not change the Donor, the amount and the Recipient. Little knowledge of Banking can make anyone a laughing Stuff.

I want the judges to actually look at a bond issued by the bank . Then see if you can a link from the bond paper the buyer to the bond , to recipient of the bond just by looking at the bond.
The recipient of the bond is not in the bond. The clue is the alpha numeric number hidden in the bond paper but visible under ultra violet light. ( SOI) can give this info clearly) . The bond is like a rupee note .
The bond can be cashed or given out to the party by the receiving party in a party account ( Maintained in the donee bank ) . If you want all the data to be put together , you need all these information. To get all the data on the en-cashing side of the bond , it will take time of the bank to match up the alpha numeric number in the bond to the recipient account .
Utter nonsense. It is very easy to link. File an application in court and you will be shown how it is done. Don't spread misinformation to protect the corrupt.

What else citizens right? Do the Electrol bond buyers not citizens of India? Why the CJI when had been High Court Justice never objected Cash collections to promote black money by politicians? What message does he want to give by stopping Electrol Bonds? What was the intention of issuing orders on announcement of elections?
There are many more serious issues that are affecting common people, particularly fake cases, jail, and bail. Please fix those issues urgently. The electoral bonds case will hardly change anything for common people. There is no need for over excitement.😢😮

They told the public , to bring Swiss money but filled SBI of black money. This legal fraud by the Govt. was so serious that it literally violated Constitution rights.
