  • Welcome to Cloninger’s Garage. In this video, I will walk through my recipe for cooking Pulled B-B-Q Chicken. I like to use this for sandwiches, tater-tot bowls, over white rice, or in tacos. After prep, just leave it in the crock pot for 3 hours then start to pull the chicken apart, at 3.5 hours pull the chicken a little more, at 4 hours take the lid off to let it simmer down. After letting it simmer, serve as you please.
    Ingredients:
    3.5-4 lbs. Boneless chicken breast
2 cup BBQ Sauce (or more if you like)
    ¼ cup brown sugar
    2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder (or more if you like)
    ½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon paprika (smoke paprika is good also)
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper (adjust this for the flavor kick, if you want hot add more, or add none if you don’t want any)
Both easy and tasty! I hope you enjoyed this video. Please like, subscribe, and comment down below!!

I set it on low for 4 hrs. Somewhere around 3 hrs, I do a basic pull of the chicken then around 3.5 hrs I fully pull the chicken apart. I then let it finish cooking til right at 4hrs.
