Bro, netherlands has had a way better defence than people are realizing, with the likes of ake and de vrij really showing quality in this competition, also van de ven when comming off the bench makes a noticeble impact on the match, look when he came on against turkey, also schouten has also played great, he has that dribbeling ability too move the ball forward or too the sides where bergwijn and gakpo really cook, and weghorst, a fan favorite and if he has too step up he will, if that ball comes into the box he'll head it in at his 197 cm (taller than van dijk)

Palmer was right in front of him facing the goal, and all Kane had to do was roll it for Palmer's left foot. It reminded me of when Kane never set Sterling up against Croatia in 2018
I think Gakpo and Simons will cook Rice and Stones. Stones has always had a lapse of concentration, and Koeman will have seen those. Slovakia could have scored from nearly the halfway line because Bellingham passed to Stones, who was away with the fairies.

The Netherlands have a long history of not performing well in extra time. Either they get a goal or even two made against them or it’s penalty shoot out. But The Netherlands winning in extra time would be pretty historic, especially if it’s with two goals.

for a long time, this is the first euro that hosted by germany, and the last time the euro got held after argentina won the world cup at 86, and then the euro held in west germany at 88. euro 88 was won by the netherlands at olympiastadion, olympiastadion is also the venue of the euro 2024 final (its a different stadium, but shares the same name with the venue of euro 88 final stadium). the 88 final contested two teams that have met earlier in the group stage (netherlands vs ussr), and now in 2024 we have netherlands and france in the semis. back then at 88 the dutch failed to beat ussr in the group stage and eventually beat ussr in the final. same as today, netherlands failed to beat france earlier at the group stage, and we could see the final is contested by them again. just like today, koeman was there with the dutch at 88. could it be? could it be? time will tell😌

Really hope Dutch win vs England. Neither team has been perfect but the Dutch have shown that they can learn from their mistakes and they change their play to adapt and they have improved steadily in the competition which is exactly what teams need to do. England hasn't changed. They haven't adapted. They have used the same tactics every single game and lucked out against lesser opponents. They don't deserve a win in my eyes.
