@harshiicostumes7641 there is to way to accurately predict a lifespan even without Parkinson’s. What I can tell you is that I personally know individuals who have Ben diagnosed as young as 29 years old and are still loving active lives with families. It is realistic to expect to live 20-30 years or more after diagnosis. Some have gone even longer. @harshiicostumes7641 ah yes, familiar tremors are a different matter. It depends, Ayurveda would involve more herbal remedies I imagine. Some herbal remedies are good to incorporate into treatment, for example turmeric to improve inflammation and mucuna pruriens to enhance natural dopamine. That said, western medicine provides synthetic forms of dopamine and also medications to prevent loss of available dopamine in the brain. It is always good to balance natural remedies, medications, and lifestyle changes (diet, exercise, etc) as much as possible
Thanks for the question! I haven’t covered this in my content yet, but I have a friend with PD who has that uses it regularly. David with Life with Parkinson’s youtube.com/@lifewithparkinsons?si=8dZYJwA-PrzgNNKg

Stress is a big problem and contributes to a lot of our health issues.
That’s absolutely true. Reduction of stress internally and externally, as hard as that is in practice, is so important

I am so sorry to hear that. 10 years is not very long at all. She was only 30 years old at diagnosis?! And they gave her no medication? Wow
