    I mentioned offering a buyers agent commission can make a listing more competitive - someone asked how; most people want to have a buyers agent represent them. If a seller does not offer a buyers agent commission, the cost will have to come out of the buyers pocket. The fewer costs out of pocket a buyer has to incur to purchase a property, the more buyers it will attract giving you more opportunities for more competitive offers.

      Flat fee for the buyers side or both? Lots of listing agents already offer a flat fee.

      Buyer side, seller or both? There are currently listing agents that offer to list for a flat fee.
