When this releases I am going to get on the grind and Ace this thing so that I can literally become Ryan Gosling and Drive (2011) my friends around with such skill and precision that I can tell them that "I don't carry a shovel, I Drive" and they will respect it. (for real)
Hopefully the company cruiser gets a major buff. Honestly even if it was made more expensive, I would love to see it be way more useful. Also weed killer should probably be more consistent.
its op asf me and my friends on artifce got away with 1.7k scrap and we just packed it on the cruiser you just gotta figure out the right paths where enemys like giants or old birds dont walk

I was looting in the kitchen when I heard this sound and i thought it was just new ambiance in mansion 😅 but I felt creepy when I started to go back since the sound keeps getting closer and I shouted at my teammates nearby "I think there's a new monster! It's so creepy dude" but I died before I could see the monster lol and my teammate who saw what happened to me screamed and run for his life back to ship he was traumatized lol since what he saw was me running then getting cut in half by scissor man then the monster just disappeared right infront of his sight 😅😂.
I've been messing around with the ejector seat, and i think it's secretly cracked. You can set it up side ways on the magnet so you get launched horizontally, then you can also eject before the ship lands so you can go flying towards an entrance, + plus it can be used on offence to get to the fire exit. It can also be set up to launch from an entrance to the ship. Assurance is good for setting it up cause the place for the car is quite bumpy
been playing all day. can confirm that, whether this is a bug or intended, the fox does NOT only finish you off in the bushes. if you touch its head while youre hooked with the tongue, no matter where you are, you die instantly. i mostly died to it in my own ship. doenst help that half the time there are literally bushes clipping into the ship...
Yeah, the fox whenever I've been playing rarely goes into the bushes at all. They just near the ship, on the railing of the ship, or straight up inside the ship which is annoying as all get out
i think the whole "cc sliding while waiting to turn it on" thing can be fixed by having it in park while starting it, and then changing gears. im not 100% sure but its worth a shot.
Yeah, it gets you killed faster. It's completely useless for now, there is no way you will be able to drive that thing from one place, collect your loot and at the end drive back and attach to magnet. It's not possible, and I don't think it even fits the game.

i feel like the cruiser shouldve been a small trail motorcycle with a cargo box on it. that way it wouldnt feel janky, or downright useless on some maps, the van is just...too big for almost all maps.
I feel like the weed killer should be renamed to poison. like just having a single item for weeds sounds pretty one case, itd be neat if it could maybe douse circuit bees or something to temporarily stop their shocking or just get them off you for a short period to make an escape
I was thinking that if you get eaten by a tree guard while holding this thing, it would be stunned instead. Acting as a totem of undying against them specifically.
I would love if it also acted as like a pepper spray for certain creatures. Like you spray the fox and it lets go, or spray a thumper and the thumper is blind temporarily. Something to add a little bit more utility

I hope the weedkiller could work on the bracken. I also think it's balanced a bit off. Being low capacity is one thing, but also being a low capacity time consuming busywork? It's a bit much
The car feels like a poorly made mod imo. The game just wasn't made for it at all. All the maps have giant objects and hilly terrain. Maybe it's a skill issue and eventually we'll be zooming around. But it feels like it was added purely as a meme and will be completely abandoned after a few laughs. Such a shame.
imo the truck needs some QoL (better moon terrain AT LEAST where the ship's magnet is, higher PoV, easier controls) to be decent and it could be expanded upon with some purchaseable upgrades
me and my friends tried out the company cruiser, and it seems like it would be most useful on artifice. however it instantly gets destroyed by dogs on any map making it unviable for carrying loot since you cant leave it unattended. most maps have far too many environmental hazards for the cruiser to actually be worth your money, so its best to not buy it.
I legitimately can’t see how anyone would find this a worthy purchase unless they’re getting it just for funsies. The thing blows up so easily that its best use imo is providing entertainment value when it inevitably does, and this entire video is proof of that

i think the car is meant to be used on artificiAL ONLY. Lots of loots but most people dunno how to fly the jetpack and it can only carry smal items, unlike the car.
Any chance for a future detailled moon guide including Adamance, Artifice and Embrion ? That video was extremely helpful, also knowing there were some map changes
I hope this update will be like the last where he continuously adds more stuff until the beta is complete. This update feels a little underwhelming at its current state to be honest. Im definitely not going to be using that truck

You have to remember that not every update will be game changing or add tons of new features and every update adding new features wouldn’t be very sustainable for the dev
The new truck is really cool… but in my opinion it would be better to change some maps so that it’s possible to reach every main entrance. (so that fire exits still are a „risk“ and the car is more useful. and maybe larger maps (longer ways from the ship to the exit gates like Titan or experimentation) so there is also a good reason to buy the truck
I think it's better this way so that the truck doesn't become a must on every map, sometimes you buy it for artifice cause it's really good if you go for the fire exit, or rend, etc.
I'm going to be honest: the company cruiser is extremely hard to control and extremely fragile, to the point that I'm not sure if it's even worth using at all.

I wish the weed killer had some sort of effect on the Brackens and Forest Guardians considering they're plant life as well (okay idk about the Guardians but I'm certain the terminal says the Brackens are plants)
I think the cruiser would shine more at driving it near a fire exit you normally need a ladder for and just eject up to the ledge if it don't damage you that much

True, the game isn’t designed for it. But the game’s design has never been that intentional. You have to wipe the rose tint from your glasses and realize that this is just a solo dev, Zeekers was never planning to become bigger than COD. Just a passionate indie dev, who blew up randomly. Lethal Company has a lot of flaws when it comes to polish and game design but the core idea is so good and unique with passionate implementation that you can’t not love it… that too for $10. It’s too much to expect well-thought out game design from an indie dev so young and early in his/her career. CC is just proof that they’re just playing around with fun ideas

The car almost costs as much as a Jetpack, but has nearly none of the actual benefits or advantages of one (even compared to the old and the hated versions), and on-top of that, just explodes randomly (killing you if you're inside). Because explosion just = funny no matter what. I'd thought we'd left the LOLZ SO RANDOM!! Era of the Internet behind us, but maybe he just didn't get the memo Now, *I DO HOPE* that this somehow ends up like the Spike Traps, where it becomes an actually really well-balanced (90 percent of the time.............) addition that's GENUINELY fun to play with/around and not "lol I died that's so funny!" Streamer-Bait-type fun like how it originally was, and can actually be used on more Moons than the paid snow/secret moons and, like, Offense. However, as it is now, where it's not even fun to actually drive this thing with the awful steering mixing with the LC physics, I see no excuses. yknow, for as funny as it is that you have to look at the gear stick to change gears, i found it a little _too_ silly that they arent able to change gears without taking their eyes off the road. but then i realized. this is partly a diegetic explanation for the phenomenon of players loving to crash vehicles in games and having zero sense for driving with the game physics. _the employees dont know how to fucking drive and feel the need to double check what gear theyre on._
I’m actually okay with the truck. I am less excited about the new monsters, which somehow feel out of place. The fox just feels like extra work instead of an actual fun entity like ghost girl or the dogs (which have mechanics that make them interesting and don’t waste your time), and the barber just seems like extra filled space (unless you can get those shears from him..?).
Can you make a video where you compare the fastest way to transport 10 items (8 small, 2 big) on artifice using different transportations? (Truck, running, TZP, jetpack etc)
This update feels overwhelming like theres lots of enties and items you probably wont care about i just want them to add something new to make the gameplay loop not repetitive like idk repairing your spaceship ect

🤓the cruiser fuel tank is obviously depressurized to survive the vacuum of space, so it's liable to implode immediately under atmospheric pressure.

One thing I found out about the fox is that it can walk through the cabinet if you have it blocking the terminal area
all enemies can walk through the ship furniture, dogs only can't attack through it if you dont make a noise.

That could happen. Zeekerss reworked a few exteriors with the last update, so I wouldn't be too surprised if we see some maps get opened up a little.

The Company Cruiser feels like it works best on those wide and open Modded Exteriors instead of Vanilla’s more cramped interiors.

Eggs randomly exploding whenever you dropped them is pretty funny, and can be actually useful in certain situations. They're also an item you have to FIND, not pay for. All of that shelled in the fact that it was a funny April Fools joke item. That said, they're still kinda annoying when you just actually want to play the game.
The car almost costs as much as a Jetpack, but has nearly none of the actual benefits or advantages of one (even compared to the old and the hated versions), and on-top of that, just explodes randomly (killing you if you're inside). Because explosion just = funny no matter what.

Now, *I DO HOPE* that this somehow ends up like the Spike Traps, where it becomes an actually really well-balanced (90 percent of the time.............) addition that's GENUINELY fun to play with/around and not "lol I died that's so funny!" Streamer-Bait-type fun like how it originally was, and can actually be used on more Moons than the paid snow/secret moons and, like, Offense.
However, as it is now, where it's not even fun to actually drive this thing with the awful steering mixing with the LC physics, I see no excuses.
It just makes me think "Does he even play his own game???" whenever the new versions go into beta and we get things like that, but I guess he needs us to keep him in check _every single update_ . . .

And missed the part where I explicitly said that the game has countless flaws in design and polish. Also missed the part where I said that this is a young dev, early in his career. He’s literally 21 or something. I also said that he got randomly lucky, the game was in no way a MASTER MIND plan.
And it was all for $10. You have earned enough entertainment for it, you have to right to go around demanding balancing and new updates. It’s a miracle he even bothers to keep updating.

If something is cheap and really good that should be all the more reason to keep it a good game because lethal company is a one of a kind the game is dying and v50 didn't help in the slightest nor is this update.

yknow, for as funny as it is that you have to look at the gear stick to change gears, i found it a little _too_ silly that they arent able to change gears without taking their eyes off the road.
but then i realized. this is partly a diegetic explanation for the phenomenon of players loving to crash vehicles in games and having zero sense for driving with the game physics.

Weed killer vs bracken
I’m actually okay with the truck. I am less excited about the new monsters, which somehow feel out of place. The fox just feels like extra work instead of an actual fun entity like ghost girl or the dogs (which have mechanics that make them interesting and don’t waste your time), and the barber just seems like extra filled space (unless you can get those shears from him..?).
i bet ppl who dont know anything about cars are going to freak out when they try to rev a car in P irl because of how the company cruiser acts

Can you make a video where you compare the fastest way to transport 10 items (8 small, 2 big) on artifice using different transportations? (Truck, running, TZP, jetpack etc)
I friend did some testing and said that if you hit a dog at a high enough speed it will kill it
the truck should be MUCH more expensive, in turn for making it beefier and not explode in 0.02 seconds
